Let me start out by saying If there was an option for a negative 5 star I would give them -5.
I have had multiple problems with this starbucks on leetsdale and holly. Jysten and Amber were shockingly rude to my sister and I. I just so happened to be at the Starbucks drive through at the same time as my sister, my sister was super sweet and paid for me, because I was behind her. Although Jysten and Amber failed to tell me that she paid for me, so we paid twice and caught them trying to pocket the cash my sister gave her. They mentioned to us they would give us both a "next one is on us" gift card and then when I whent to go get it she was talking smack to the other workers thinking we can't hear them, saying very negative things about us. Unprofessional beyond belief. I moved forward and called corporate and they are handling the situation regarding this Jysten lady and Amber lady that represents starbucks in a very negative way. They mentioned to us that it's our fault that we didn't take a bite of our sandwiches just to make sure they were not frozen, and it's not their fault for not doing their job correctly, but it is our job to make sure they are doing their job.
We Will be regualrs at Doz Bog from this point forward.

I placed my order, came up the window and scanned my points bar code like I always do.
After scanning my points I said Iâd like to use my points but by that time Machaela, had already charged me on my card on file without asking. And she immediately face the tip option. I said oh I would like to use my points please.
To then she yelled at me you have to tell me before you scan your phone!!! and I was just so confused with the attitude. But I was trying to explain that I scanned my points and they always ask me how I want to pay.
She kept interrupting me with such a rude attitude and gave me my coffee with the worst attitude saying âbyeeeâ. I genuinely was confused and did not understand where the hostility was coming from. I came in to try to have a conversation with the manager which apparently she is the manager. And she was even more rude I had to start recording.
I have never experienced this type of treatment before. I am never coming back to this location as long as this manager is there.

As u can see they didn't give what I asked for. I called and complain and immediately got told by Jay the manager that they keep remaking this drink and they aren't going to remake it after this one. I never have asked for this drink to be remade because yesterday was the first time ordering this from this location as well as trying it. Even if I have came before to have a drink made its because it wasn't made right!
