This place shouldn't be in business.. walked in on a Thursday, asked, "are there no outlets to plug into?" and she said, "we deliberately have no outlets so that people talk more,"

I wish I had remarked back to her, "ma'am, do you SEE ANYONE talking and conversing?! it is Thursday and unless all your customers are independently wealthy people are coming here TO WORK"

It came off much more like the owner is trying to squeeze margins by cutting off electricity. That's where I personally draw the line.

I will pay $5 for a coffee at a coffee shop but expect to be able to work there for those margins. If you have food, and I like you, I'll purchase food. I think this biz owner does not understand business and therefore should revise their thinking or not be in business.

A friend also went there, found an outlet and the staff member literally told her she likewise COULD NOT USE the outlet! ...
