Fantastic Experience at Restor

I was initially unsure about trying Botox. However, from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They made me feel completely at ease and thoroughly explained the procedure, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise.

The facility itself exudes a sense of luxury and comfort. It's impeccably clean, and the ambiance is soothing, which immediately helps you relax. The waiting area is tastefully decorated, and there's a calming atmosphere throughout, which sets the tone for a positive experience.

I've had treatments performed by a few different clinicians all at the Lohi location who were all not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly. They listened attentively to what I wanted to achieve and offered valuable advice based on their expertise. The procedure itself was virtually painless and surprisingly quick. I appreciated how they took the time to ensure every detail was perfect.

Post-treatment care was also exceptional. I received clear instructions on what to expect and how to take care of my skin afterward. The results were exactly what I had hoped for – natural and subtle, enhancing my appearance without looking overdone. Feeling young and fresh again... "Restor"ed ;)

Overall, my experience at Restor Lohi was outstanding. From the moment I made my appointment to the final follow-up, every aspect was handled with professionalism and care. Avoid this place at all costs and go literally anywhere else. They pressure you relentlessly to sign up for a membership, and once you’re in, good luck getting out.

During my initial consult, I came in for micro-needling and laser ONLY, but the staff aggressively pushed me to get multiple vials of Sculptra, 4+ vials of filler, and an obscene amount of Botox — despite me never having tried Sculptra or filler before (and not being interested in it). It was a sales pitch, not a personalized consultation.

I reluctantly signed up for the membership to save on my micro-needling treatments, and it was a huge mistake. I’ve accumulated nearly $1,500 in my account, but due to health issues and their impossible scheduling, I haven’t been able to use it. It’s beyond frustrating to pay every month and watch your balance grow, only to be completely shut out when you try to book a service.

When I reached out to cancel my membership just one month early (after nearly completing their strict 9-month requirement), they flat-out refused to accommodate me.

I’ve since switched to Belen Aesthetics and they’ve been absolutely amazing. If you want a place that actually cares about your results, stay far away from Restor. They’re only interested in locking you into a membership and collecting your money, not in actually providing you with the care...

I genuinely don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but feel I need to share my experience with RESTOR Medical Spa, so others can make informed choices.

RESTOR encourages you to commit to a monthly subscription before you even experience their service, and then incentivizes positive Google reviews by offering credits. This explains many of their glowing reviews.

While the staff members are friendly and kind, my actual experience was concerning. I was assigned to a junior specialist whose qualifications seemed questionable. After a neurotoxin injection, my face was severely bruised for days and noticeably lopsided for a full month, leaving me uncomfortable with my appearance.

Mallory was kind and responsive when I expressed my concerns, assuring me I could leave my subscription early without issue, or continue with a more experienced provider. However, when I decided to cancel, they suddenly demanded a $400 early termination fee and tried offering clinic credits instead. Given my prior negative experience, returning was clearly not an option.
