Placed a pick up order for a toasted sandwich. They had it sitting in the back instead of up front. I let the girl finish with the man paying and stood behind. As she moved to help the lady already there I asked if that was my sandwich ready in the back. She says hold on then finishes making the lady's sandwich and charges her, grabs my now cold toasted sandwich and tries to give it to me. I told her I wanted it remade because it was sitting there getting cold for 10 minutes and that was why I asked to begin with. She was notably annoyed and rude, saying I would have to wait since she had another mobile order (obviously placed after mine). Why would anyone place a mobile order for it to be ready and not be able to grab it quickly? Anne helped remake my sandwich after the rude employee called her from the back and was much kinder. They need a better set up for mobile orders.
Best part is a man walked in behind me as I was asking to get my sandwich remade and heard the employee tell me that I would have to wait for another mobile order she was working on and immediately walked out with his son. Poor customer service is losing...

The tall person notices that the line is getting longer and they still have my online order with 4 foot longs to make. They call the short one to do the online order while they get the line down but it only gets busier. I jumped up to mention that the short one had made a mistake but the short one started snapping at me that they was reading the ticket. Twice I tried to intervene and I still ended up with 2, nearly frozen meatball subs but the toasted one had a warm, burnt outside. So much salt on one sandwich it was not edible. And even though I arrived 10 minutes or so before my order was supposed to be ready, I still left there 10 plus minutes after it was supposed to be ready. This is one of the worst locations. Then eating one of the sandwiches a sunflower seed skin was in the food, called the store and spoke to the manager who was highly rude when I was talking to her and said she didn't have time for this because she was attending someone else. When I asked her if she was the owner or it was corrupt she hung up on me. The customer service from her os really bad and sad for her to be the manger of that place and not know how to deal with issues. New management with good customer service should be placed there.
