Our experience with Three Tomatoes has been unreal in the most horrendous of ways. When they RAN OUT OF FOOD at our wedding, we figured that would be the low point of our experience with them, however their response when we requested a partial refund was when we were truly shocked how much they do not care about their customers. We overestimated the number of guests that would attend our wedding so the agreed upon guest count was higher than the amount that attended and they still ran out of food for at least quarter of the tables with some options running out sooner. Understandably frustrated, we reached out to the company in hopes that Three Tomatoes would acknowledge their mistake and give them an opportunity to make it right. After a handful of email exchanges asking for proper compensation for their error, they did refund a very small fraction of the initial refund request but were not willing to refund the service and rental fees for the guests that did not get a full meal. After a call with the owner, we came to an agreement that an additional refund offer would be extended. While still not what we thought was reasonable, we agreed to review the offer. Upon reviewing the settlement agreement attached to the offer, we noticed a clause was written into the offer that stated if we were to be refunded, we would agree to not write a negative review of Three Tomatoes. We immediately rejected this offer as we can’t imagine someone else going through this same experience. We have NEVER worked with a company that has such poor customer service. Throughout the experience the messaging to us was that these types of things happen, but it would appear it’s a much more common experience with Three Tomatoes. We cannot emphasize how much we DISCOURAGE you from hiring Three Tomatoes to cater what is already one of the most important days...

I used Three Tomatoes for my wedding two weeks ago, and they were absolutely outstanding throughout the process. First and foremost, their pricing is fair, reasonable and a true value for the product and service. The food was absolutely delicious! All of our guests raved about it. I was a little worried about serving several entrees to 100 people. Would the steak be cooked properly? Could they maintain the quality of the food that we had at the tasting for that many people? The answer is yes. Everything was delicious. They were even able to do the cake. I was delighted as it meant I didn't have to find another vendor. Their baker made a delicious cake and was able to decorate it exactly as I wanted it. It made everything so easy. Their staff was kind, courteous and professional, and were eager to be helpful in anyway they could.

I was very lucky to be able to work with Abby Schissler as my event coordinator. She went above and beyond anything I would have ever thought to ask for or about. She even went so far as to handle all the details with the event rentals for the evening (linens, etc), so there was less work for me! She was kind enough to assist with room layout, decorating ideas - everything I needed. It was far beyond the service I would have expected from someone in her position. If you do choose Three Tomatoes, ask for her - you will not regret it!

We held a party to celebrate the one year anniversary of our law firm at the Clyfford Still Museum. They recommended using Three Tomatoes for catering. I was beyond impressed with their attention to detail, their service at the event, and the quality of the food. Tabitha with Three Tomatoes was handling our event and she went above and beyond what I ever would have expected from a catering company. We were able to do a tasting prior to the event at which time Tabitha talked through décor and furniture ideas with us. The tasting itself was so much fun! They had our Firm website on a TV and the table was set beautifully. Everything was delicious and we didn't feel the need to make a single change to the menu items. Tabitha also helped to put us in touch with a vendor for alcohol. She attended a walkthrough with us at the museum a few days before the event and made arrangements to wrap up any loose ends, such as issues transporting sound from our outdoor band to the inside of the museum. She sent us diagrams reflecting how all of the furniture, food stations, and bar would be set up. On the evening of the event, Tabitha greeted us and introduced us to the staff who would be assisting with the event. Everyone was so professional and nice! They kept appetizers and desserts circulating throughout the evening. The bartenders were great too, fast. At the end of the night, we had some food leftover and the chef made us a giant to go bag!
