Toastique — Restaurant in Denver

Alright, folks, buckle up for this wild ride of a review! So, I tried this superfruit smoothie the other day, and let me tell you, it was so good, it made me question my entire existence. No added sugar or dairy, perfect for my Whole 30 journey. It was like a smoothie straight out of a magical unicorn's blender. I mean, it was so good, it should come with a warning label: "May cause addiction."

But hold your horses, because those high small tables inside the place were a whole different story. Too small and uncomfortable. Thank goodness for the patio, the seating out there was good.

Now, let's talk about the staff. They were so kind, they were like the fairy godmothers of the restaurant world, spreading kindness and good vibes wherever they went.

And let's not forget about the smoked salmon. It was like the rockstar of the menu, stealing the show with its good quality goodness.

Two thumbs up,...

Small location of this chain with a common menu with the others. The avocado smash toast is excellent for breakfast. The watermelon radish adds texture and a little spiciness and the tomatoes are very tasty. They do have drip and espresso based coffee drinks, but in the future I'd go with juice instead. There's a very good coffee place a couple of doors away.

Service was fast, friendly and helpful. They held the door for me to take the food to the outside seating. The space inside is pretty basic with three small high top tables and a small counter with a couple of seats. Two of the three tables were very wobbly and needed shims to stabilize them. The chairs don't have backs. It's much more comfortable to sit outside if the weather permits.

There is some street parking and a free garage...

This Toastique location did not disappoint! I ordered the burrata with a poached egg and it was delicious! The balance on the plate between the tomatoes and burrata was excellent and the poached egg was perfect! They had so many amazing options, I will have to return to try them. The healthy juice concoctions they had were unique and one of the freshest I have tasted anywhere. I would highly recommend visiting this place. It was a chill location and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. I actually ate my dish too fast to take a photo… but it was definitely appealing to eye…...
