The customer service in this particular location is atrocious. We actually usually like the food so when we had a bad experience in the beginning of summer we just didnât go back for a while. Yesterday we walked in and it was completely empty, employees standing around, hanging out, music blaring. We place our order and a couple other people walk in after us. After about a half hour the cashier comes out and starts collecting receipts because there was an issue with the compound it wasnât printing the orders in the kitchen or something, not a big deal things happen. When our order was finally ready, my husband went up and got the bag (no apology or anything) and realized they had forgot to put ranch in. So he took the receipt back up to the counter where the girl (I believe her name was Nae) told him that she had already put it in the bag. At this point enough was enough and my husband asked her to come look at the bags and the table and assured her he wasnât hiding ranch in his pocket. She handed him the ranch and told him it wasnât necessary because she already knew she had put it in there. At that point I think everyone in the restaurant waiting for their food was in disbelief at her ignorance. Then not more than a few minutes later she had an altercation with a door dash driver because the driver wouldnât confirm the order until it was ready (which that wasnât any of our business but it was the same person that had been rude to us).    Read moreRecently ordered delivery from this Wingstop because the chain has great food. After waiting over an hour for the food to be delivered we received our order and we were missing a portion of it. When we called back and asked for it to be delivered we were rudely told by the manager Danielle that we would have to pick it up or call DoorDash, even though I placed the order directly through the Wingstop app. When I refused Danielle then tells me she would refund me tomorrow when her district manager comes in. I questioned this because, what are the odds the district manager works Sundays and in your specific location? This made me ask to have a confirmation number for my refund. Danielle said this could not happen. I then asked to have the district managerâs phone number or email. Danielle said this information could not be shared. I then asked for the district manager to call me. She quickly said okay and attempted to rush me off the phone. I asked Danielle if she could confirm the phone number the district manager would be calling? Danielle at this point said she did not need the number.
You can clearly see what type of service youâll get here. The wings are great but if you donât get your entire order and the service is reflective of their google rating in the sub-2âs, then whatâs the point? Just go to Buffalo Wild Wings and save yourself...

We walked in and ordered at 5:01pm. 20 minutes later we asked where our order was and the female at the register said that it would be coming right out. About 5 minutes later they asked us for our name again and couldnât seem to find it. Several other customers, who had to go orders picked up their food then came back in to complain that the order was wrong or missing items. At about 42 minutes we asked again about our food. A young black kid with a beard said very rudely âsome orders take longer than others depending on what you orderâ. We said, okay but over 40 minutes? At about 45 minutes I walked up and asked for a refund. The kid at the counter said âmy manager isnât hereâ. I said well who here can give refunds? You donât have a manger here? The kid then said âI can get my assistant managerâ at that point the very rude black kid says âyour food is right hereâ And then proceeded to call the name for the order. I said âI donât want the food, I want the refundâ. I waited another 5 minutes before the assistant manager walked up and gave a refund. Not once did he ask what the problem was or even apologize for our almost hour wait. He also did not even offer us our food that was already just made. DO NOT GO TO THIS WING STOP....
