Was having a bad day on my birthday (4/18) I pulled into this establishment’s parking lot and downloaded the app. Placed my order and went inside 10 minutes later. When I tell the employee I’m picking an order up for “James” I’m told in a snarky attitude, “James already got his food. Someone came and picked it up.” I stared at her and tried to show her my order: She didn’t care to look. She told me there’s an order for John… i told her I just parked and placed the order so the odds of someone saying my name and getting my order was very rare. I asked her to make it again. She laughed and gave me a trashy attitude “i can’t make that and I’m not going to, that’s ridiculous.” I just stared at her… she had AirPods in her ear and either a shaved head or short hair. The manager John came out because we just stood there in silence. She turned her back and fiddled with her phone. She told the manager with an attitude and laughed and the manager didnt look at me once. He did make my food though which was cool. When it was done, he walked with his head everywhere but my direction and placed it on the counter and then looked at a screen. I stared at him waiting for eye contact before blurting out “are we all good now?” He finally made eye contact and pushed the bag up half an inch without speaking… I asked him his name before leaving. This was the most he talked “me, m-my name?… (I said yes and he paused before answering), John”
I planned on making a joke about it being my bday and try to lighten things up but I was just annoyed more and that was some of the worst customer service I ever had… I hope retraining happens for these employees especially the girl with the AirPods in her ear that laughed and denied me my food because she mistakenly gave John my food and didn’t want to...
Read moreA manager told us to come in to fix the problem with our meals. The general manager Robob was demeaning and told us it was a mistake the other manager made and she wasnt going to fix it. Then said she would only fix 1 of the 4 $5.00 meals. We drove 20 min to get to this location. It was embarrassing and handled horribly by the general manager Robob. The reason for the complaint was the tiny 2 inch pieces of chicken and the tiny amount of gravey. The cups of gravey were less than half full. Thank you Robob for ruining our new year with your poor management skills. You have lost 4 loyal customers that ate there regularly. All over a couple pieces of chicken and gravey your manager said would be happy to make right. Making another manager look bad and saying they shouldn't have told us that makes you look bad Robob. Read moreI've always raved about this location until today I was in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes waiting on fresh everything for I ordered the nuggets meal with fries and a drink. So after waiting going to work around 1:15 pm she gave me my food so I put it in the passenger seat and proceeded to work and park and wanted to eat one of my fries and nuggets and realized she gave me the wrong order 😠. Instead I've got a 4 piece chicken meal with a coleslaw n a biscuit. I was starving so I ate the leg and that's it because I prefer the nuggets. But what a bummer it was for sure.
