Waited all this time to finally try Birria Ramen and it was underwhelming! I suggest giving the noodles seperately instead of putting them in the juice. My kid loves noodles and she loves birria but wasted this entire $15 cup of birria ramen. She didnt like the texture of the noodles once we made it home and they were still to hard when we first picked up the order. The juice/soup part is actually ok. I had to make my own ramen at home and dumped out the noodles they provided and added my own, tasted semi decent. Just a no for us on the Birria ramen. The birria soup didnt have that "kick" im used to . Staff was friendly and food came out about 7-10 mins. If we try them again, it will be something else. So glad I found this food truck. It’s a lot better than others I tried. Price is a little pricey and it’s not displayed but I can’t complain the food is good. I eat her often and it’s a hit or miss sometimes the food is great and then sometimes it’s just good. Mangonada is so good and the Churro with ice cream! Carne asada fries is my go to here it’s tasty and their tacos are good as well! Service is good and easy going, if there is a line wait time can be long for the food. Parking is limited, either have to park on the side of the gas station or the pump stations but then you block cars that actually need gas lol. I like the service and the food is decent, needs more flavor but it’s definitely better then other options in the area, I just feel like they cheap out on the food, less meat, less ingredients, small tacos, 1 lime and salsa for 4 tacos, and 2 napkins for 2 meals.
