Every single time we go here they forget our food. Every single time we drive home one of the kids ends up being without and one of us has to give them our food. I never say anything because it's my own fault for not checking the bag and knowing that it's going to happen every single time. Not happy so this time we ordered eight breakfast burritos as we have for children that were eating. So as we're driving out of the drive-thru I mean noticed that we have four so I immediately turned around and the line was so long at the drive-thru I decided to just walk in. I took my receipt as well as the food in the bag that was completely untouched. I walk in to a young I think Hispanic man. He told me that he's not replacing my food straight up LOL. I was like why not? I literally just drove out of the drive-thru and walked in here. He said know I packed your order and I know did I did it. I know that this is untrue because he had walked to talk to a young girl asking her about the order and if he had packed it in the first place then how come he had to go ask about it? And besides that he is lying because 150 percent absolutely they put four burritos in there. So I said that is completely unfair because I paid for my food and I don't appreciate the way that you're acting like I am trying to steal from you guys I would just like you to replace the food that I was not given. I even offered them to come out to my car and see that nobody was in the car eating burritos LOL. He proceeded to tell me he didn't wants to go out to my effing car. And yes he said the f word. So I said okay. I do not like confrontation and I did not want to deal with it. I went out to the car to get my sister to see if she could come and talk reason to them. She went in and the guy started yelling at her and cussing at her and calling her a liar and saying he's not going to replace it. She talked to the girl behind him and said look this is not professional what you guys are doing I need you to give me my food and the girl turned around and just happen to have four burritos sitting right there and handed them to me. The guy who is giving us a hard time almost had a stroke. He almost died. I'm surprised he did not walk out on the spot. I cannot believe how he acted. So, my sister came out and I went back in to get his information and to put in a call to corporate because this is out of control. I should have never walked back in. he started screaming at me saying what his name was and they he doesn't give an f if I call and all kinds of things. So I got his info and as I walked out him and the other employees at this point are yelling and laughing and pointing at me saying what kind of job do you have you don't have any money how much money do you have in your bank account?! I cannot believe that this is what happened even as I'm sitting here saying this I can't believe this is what happened. So I called corporate about three days later I get a call from an extremely rude woman. I was driving and told her that I was not able to talk at the moment but I would really like to talk to her. Told me that you would call me back the next day and she would really like to talk to me about it cuz she doesn't understand what happened and it was just not someone that seems like they wanted to be very helpful. Anyways it doesn't matter because I never received a call back. I'm not the type of person to argue and fight I'm very easy going and for this to have happened really shows that there is some mismanagement or something going on. Read moreI will start off by saying how it is sad that I have to write this review since I really like McDonald's in general. Unfortunately, this location had deteriorated significantly in the customer service area. I came through the drive through a few weeks ago and ordered a large Double Bacon Quarter Pounder meal with extra salt, no onions, no pickle, and Diet Coke. On the screen the information was incorrect. I explained that it wasn’t correct and asked that it be corrected. They refused and stated that they would ensure the food was correct. The window one person was abrupt and dismissive. When I got to the pickup window I asked if the burger was made as I ordered. He said “Oh I’m just going to throw salt into the bag.” I asked for salt on my burger not just tossed into the bag. When I got onto the freeway my burger was clearly not made as I ordered it. The fries were cold and the drink was regular Coke not Diet! I immediately called the restaurant and explained the problem. The lady who answered the phone apologized and offered to replace my food on a future visit. She asked for my name which I gave.
When I returned to collect the replacement food I again ordered the exact same food. I explained that “…I am on the list…” to the order taker. When I reached the pay window the crewperson stated that I “…wasn’t on the list…” I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was even more rude. He refused to honor what I was told. I asked to speak with the store manager. The store manager “Nilu Prasad” who came to the window and rudely asked me if I had proof in the car who I spoke with on the phone. Of course this is an absurd nonsensical request. Sure I would have proof if I had my cellphone statement but I didn’t have that in the car with me. She then said that is “over $11 in food, I will give you a Big Mac…” I wanted what I was promised not something else. She then demanded I pay for the order that I was supposed to get as a replacement. "You are holding up my drive through line! she exclaimed.
I asked for her manager’s (District Manager’s number) she gave me a name and number.
I called the number and I left a message. The person called me back and cursed at me stating “…oh sh**….” and hung up on me.
I called the general McDonald’s customer service number and left a message for a call back. I received a nonsensical email about it being too bad that my food was made incorrectly.
I have left multiple messages with no reply to anyone at McDonalds other than pure nonsense about sending it onto the local management team that was rude in the first place.

Read moreHorrible. Always missing orders or overcharging. First time I didn’t leave a review I thought maybe app error but now I believe they just don’t want to work. I paid through the app but they “didn’t” have my order and my card had been charged so I had to pay again. Basically to get a refund I had to contact McDonalds. Just a couple days ago I went through the drive thru and my order was correct on the screen just missing a mcchicken was told to pull to the next window once I got to the next window I asked if she added the m chicken and she nodded and I gave my card. Well I was over charged and given the wrong order. I had items missing and extra items they charged me for and plus extra burger that wasn’t charged so basically because they r too busy talking they have no clue what they are doing . Well manager that night refused to give me a refund even after noticing right away and bringing it up to their attention. However she took the food that they charged me!!! I initially gave the food back because of course it wasn’t my order and I wanted my correct order. I paid for my correct order but at the register extra items for added that I didn’t order so idk if the girl charged my order along w the car behind. But anyway I gave them the food back but she refused to refund!!!
Advise just avoid this location but I’m hoping McDonald finds that this place is doing shady stuff and has them change management or trains employees better. I’ve worked fast food so I understand how overwhelming it can get but it’s no excuse for every visit to go wrong.
Omg then if you notice ur order wrong before driving away they get mad cuz u ask for ur missing item. One time I was missing my fries and I let them know like I’m literally still at the window and the manager was arguing w me and I was like I’m right here check my bag and he handed me my fries but w such an attitude. Like we are paying so u guys can have a job if u dislike it so much go elsewhere.
