The people working were legit happy and welcoming. What a treat! I ordered a 3 finger meal and added a coleslaw. Ate in. It's smaller on the inside, but at 2 in the afternoon plenty of seats open. Mixture of hightops and tables. Not sure if they are accessible. My lunch was $11. That seems super reasonable in this day and age. It took about 5 minutes for my food to come out. Coleslaw I loved, garlic bread loved, fries needed another minute of cooking time, and tenders were good. One piece was grisly so that's why it is 4 stars for me. Cane's sauce super yummy. Cute decor. Clean interior. The parking and drive through at this location is awful. No other way to put it.

We ordered from doordash and when we got our food it was overly overpriced (45$) for only two meals. Further into trying to enjoy our food our drinks were 95% ice with barely any soda. We called the store and the lady that answered was so rude and just said okay?? Went quiet and said goodbye. With this response they know what they did. This raising canes is overpriced, not worth the money, and they overall treat there customers bad when there is any issue with the food or drinks.

The place looks great, as expected from a new establishment. The staff were friendly and all seemed to enjoy working there. My biggest concern was a chicken bone in the tenders. If it was just a hard piece or something, it could have been overlooked, but this was an entire bone with a flair at the end. My 11 year old almost choked on it. I do love Raising Canes and the food was good, but the quality control fell short at this one.

I don’t get their image really but if you need the sauce for the chicken to taste good what’s the point. I don’t like their Canes sauce and prefer BBQ. Of course they don’t have for whatever reason. I tried the chicken plain and it literally tastes like nothing. Might as well buy frozen tenders and season them up and use my own BBQ at home. Whoever is enforcing their strict chicken cooking and one sauce needs to be overruled, it as simple as that. I’m actually surprised they have survived this long with being the sauce as their life line. This goes for all Canes restaurants, but you guys really need to rethink your strategy. Add dry rubs and other sauces and actually compete with other chicken spots. Good luck and I doubt you guys will listen but won’t be surprised when you shutdown...

I’m from Denver. I just moved to Des Moines. I would never shy away from coming to Canes in Denver if there was a long line. Which there ALWAYS was, because I knew that they would have me through that line in a faster time than almost any fast food restaurant you can go to. Well, when I pull up to this one, for the first time in my new city, there were cars up to the menu. So not long for canes, I took my order right away, and then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes to get my food. Had I known it was going to take that long, I would not have stopped, and being that this place in a major city can handle 10x this amount of business, I hold them to a higher standard. So far worst Raising Canes, I have ever been to. Corporate needs to clean...
