I usually give five stars to places for support but I ordered a 10-piece Hawaiian flavored chicken wings and it took 30 minutes to get my order but when I got them they were overcooked and hardly any Hawaiian stuff on it at all and they were more plain if anything. I don't think I will go back.. it took 30 minutes for me to get my chicken I saw them making all kinds of other orders for instacart or GrubHub or whatever and my order was in before all those and I finally had to ask for my food and where it was at and it was setting to the side and by the time I got them they were hard and not hot and fresh and I just think that you need to hire a whole new set of a crew that is older and more responsible you have kids in there that do not greet customers although the young girl at the cash register was polite you could tell she's awfully Young and I just think that you need to hire an older set of people that know how to do...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
They were supposedly open according to their Website so I ordered some food for delivery. I got a text claiming that Olivia had delivered the order, but it was nowhere to be found (and Olivia obviously did not ring the doorbell AT ALL as I asked for in the order instructions).
When trying to call the number from the text, online from the Wingstop Website (supposedly for Olivia) and finally Wingstop's store phone number, none of the lines picked up. All that happened was either immediate hang ups or endless ringing before disconnection. That's three numbers that I could not get any connection on.
Agregious is not enough to describe the lack of professionalism from this establishment and whomever they hire for delivery services.
Thankfully, I have a phenomenal bank who is willing to reverse the charges, but ordering from Wingstop will not be happening again from this household...
Read moreI noticed that most complaints from this location is all about "the sauce". I am from LA and this location is the closest to where I'm staying at. So I figure give em a try.
I specifically asked for my wings to have an extra sauce. Wet! Cashier even put "wet" on the receipt. But when I got home and looked at my order. Yes it is coated with sauce alright but that is not wet! I brought home some dried up chicken ... So technically, the SKIN is tasty with it's sauce, but the meat is bland and tasteless. And I paid $60 - $70 for a tasteless meal. If wingstop are on a budget and stingy about the sauce, offer to charge extra. I'm sure people like me don't really mind paying extra for the sauce. Hell, you're already charging extra for the dipping sauce, you mind as well charge us all the way.
This location is out of their damn minds....
