One of the workers was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I’m a DoorDash rep. I was there before they closed and she claimed the customer didn’t order until 6 minutes in the future from the time they were telling me this. I said ... that’s impossible it’s not even that time now and she started getting aggressively argumentative and hateful practically yelling at me to call her manager she wasn’t making it. I even said “ I see that your getting upset , I’m not trying to argue with you just discuss that there is clearly a discrepancy in your system if it says they ordered after you close but I’ve been waiting here since before you closed” she had a chip on her shoulder the size of Texas and never should a contractor for a company, a coworker , or a customer have to deal with that kind of hateful behavior. I’ve managed a store before and I would have fired her. I will be reaching out to her manager as she so loudly suggested several times and I’ve already reached out to corporate. It’s not about her fulfilling the order (which she should have it was already paid for no system was needed it just needed made) it’s about the temperamental defensive aggressive attitude she had . It was not acceptable!!!!
Spoke with the owner of the location today- Mike. He responded to my request to speak very quickly and was very professional and Kind. It’s not the location I have a problem with. They have some very friendly and positive workers. I appreciated you for reaching out to me Mike. It was just one girl. This is the first time my grandson has been to Walmart since all of the Covid19 precautions. He just turned 8 and wanted to spend his birthday money. He requested Subway for lunch. We both are wearing our face mask and keeping social distancing. While waiting in line to order I was reading all of the signs that subay has posted about safety precautions that “we” should take. And noticed that the girl making sandwiches stoped to answer the phone. She stepped away from the counter to continue her phone call while leaving her costumer waiting. Not a dig deal, but the whole time I was wondering if she was going to replace her gloves. In the mean time the other worker finished her customers order. She then asked if she could help me, with the same contaminated gloves on. I politely said yes but that I had a request. That she change her gloves She immediately got offended and asked me if it was because she was touching the phone. And I said yes that is why. I was not mean or hateful in anyway. She started to make the sandwiches but was so offended by my request that she stop to whisper to the other worker. And she finished making them. She was not friendly at all they both acted as if I “ the customer “ was an inconvenience to them. They made me so uncomfortable. I was so disgusted by the time I payed I just wanted to leave. But I got my grandson his food. This was a horrible experience and will never go back to Desloge Walmart...
Read moreI went to Desloge Subway this evening. A young man named Trent began to take our order. He was nice but very nervous. A young lady named Kyra was working with him. She was very rude to him in front of all of us customers, even for just asking questions. We ordered the sandwich of the day, which was chicken, ham, and cheese. He placed a scoop of chicken on each half of our subs. He heated mine up, On my wifes she got mad and dumped the chicken off and said, "Can't you read?" To him, these only get one scoop per entire footlong. Which was uncalled for. She then was complaining to the other girl about him in front of all of the customers. She then told the other girl to help him because he isn't moving fast enough and that order needs to be done first before the next. This Kyra girl is very rude and disrespectful. I have always had good service here. If I walk in and she is working, I will leave. There is no reason to humiliate someone like that in front of customers.
