I go often (about 4 times a week) I think they kinda know me because I always get the same thing.. butter pecan and hash browns. The coffee (I'm not even a coffee drinker I just love the pecan flavor and creamer, {don't judge me lol}) but the drink is good and the customer service is always good and very friendly, even early in the morning. EDIT: 1 YEAR LATER SO SOMETHING HAS CHANGED AND ITS TERRIBLE SERVICE NOW!! it used to be a manager there i think she was from Louisiana or somewhere that was super kind and since I haven't seen her, it's been terrible service since. There's this lady there that appears to be a manager. A little heavy set, spots in face, and she's very rude. I tried it 3 times giving it a chance. She will talk to the younger workers through her little headset what to tell you and they are 10 feet from another instead of just addressing you. Even just to say we're out of it. Also talking rudely about customers. I ordered, im THE ONLY 1 left, she sets my order up on the counter area, walks to the donut area (im assuming someone's drive thru order) then she spoke out my order was ready. I'm standing there the whole time in front of my order thinking she had something to add. instead of saying, here's your order... Not 1 other person is there and she spoke to the kid about my order through the headset.... Ummm I hear you! There was a Caucasian Lady before me and I felt really bad for her because honestly it was the young girl taking the entire order wrong (no big deal) but the girl needed the manager to come fix it, and the girl and manager is talking about the lady thru the headset (again a few feet from each other) amd the LADY CAN HEAR THEM, so the lady looked at me and said, "but I didn't even say that" and I told her you're right, it wasn't your fault... I told her, as if taking up for their behavior, it's not normally like this, im sorry.. she said, it's ok never again, I'll just stay at my cedar hill location... And with disappointment... I agree. DUNKIN, we are somewhat of a small town. Many older people, and also many who like coffee and donuts. It's about customer service. How you treat people. I kind of expect it from the youngins but not the older. Y'all need to get it together and show your employees how to treat their customers. ESPECIALLY the loyal ones!! The fact that they never make the drink the way I ask isn't even the worst part. The worst part is the customer service! Recently, I went to this location hoping things were better since it's closer to where I live. Unfortunately things have gotten worse. I went to the drink through and asked before ordering if they allow modifications in the form of extra scoops. The girl writing drive-thru verified and came back to tell me yes but it'll be $1 extra per scoop. My response was that's fine and ordered. After ordering the manager came on the speaker to then lecture me about how they're making an exception and it's not something they're allowed to do and why and wanted to make sure I knew it isn't something they do. I was taken back as the first rep confirmed with said manager and told me yes before I ordered. I wasn't pleased with this but still went to the window to pay. The manager was still fussing loud enough for me to hear as if I personally offended her. I watched my drink being made not as I asked and not even being filled up. I questioned the drive-thru rep about it and was given excuses instead of correction. At this point I'm no longer interested in spending money at this brand. I immediately go in to give the drink back and get my refund. The manager is still fussing and being overall unprofessional by announcing her personal opinion. This could've been avoided had the response to my original question just been no or if the manager kept her opinion and lectures to herself. I must state the location on 75 next to Firehouse subs is extraordinary! I drove out my way and asked the same question before ordering they not only said they could do it but didn't charge anything extra and for the inconvenience of this horrible experience added extra to my order at no charge. They were polite and kind. If not for this other location I would never spend another dime with Dunkin. I highly suggest and recommend new management at the DeSoto location...

Wich wad fine even though there was no one else in the building besides another guy waiting to order before us, but it was no problem for us to wait we are patient people plus we are looking at the menu. So as soon. As she is ready to take our order she approached us with a very impatient and pushy demeanor she asked what we would like and we had a couple questions about the donuts when she answered our questions she kind of answered in a condescending way and didn't really give us much information regarding the questions that we were asking so without knowing too much and the letters on the menu being really small my fiance went ahead and ordered the variety dozen of mini Donuts they were very dry and look like they had been made probably the night or day before as he was ordering them she was very impatient and pushy on waiting for him to explain which minis he wanted and how many he wanted then I was still looking at the donuts and she was aware I was not ready yet but was still being very impatient and pushy and getting us to order our Donuts I ended up ordering just a regular glazed donut and a vanilla sprinkle donut and I was very dissatisfied with the way they were both dry and by that point very dissatisfied with the customer service experience I was having I have some questions about the bigger Donuts and she spoke to me in a very demeaning way asking me how many donuts I wanted I told her I was not sure she again repeated herself in a very condescending manner I have never had this experience at Duncan before but this is my first time at this location I was astonished at the way we were rushed and treated during our experience here and by the way she skipped over the other guy and he was upset because she didn't take his order I was at this Duncan around 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon febuary 7th and really I feel like I wasted my $15 on a few dried donuts and terrible customer service wouldn't recommend...
