I'm going to preface this review by saying I don't like dragging a business. I dont get a "thrill" from it. If I'm doing it, I have reached my limit. And tonight, I did.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I almost told my family not to order for me tonight because of how many times they have screwed up my order. Once again, they lived down to their terrible service. With the exception of the two times I've eaten IN STORE, I have never had a meal that was correctly prepared from this store. (And I'm pretty sure I had to make them correct one of the in-store meals, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they got it correct.) I'm not even asking for crazy meals. EVERY TIME I've ordered the brisket nachos, they FORGET THE QUESO! What?!?! That's literally what makes it nachos! Instead, I end up with a styrofoam box of dry chips with a bunch of brisket and gallons of garlic sauce dumped on top. It is inedible. I have tried to salvage it in the past; it's not worth it. The garlic sauce overpowered everything and rendered the dish inedible.
Even when I ordered something different, they make a mess of my order--they can't screw up the tacos, right? Right?!?! Wrong. My only ask: leave off the pico. What did I find myself doing? Scraping out pico (along with all the other toppings) from ALL the tacos I ordered.
My personal favorite was the time they screwed up my order so bad they left it out completely. Their manager made a personal home delivery because of how embarrassing it was to have made this many mistakes.
If I had 2 wishes, they would be, 1) I wish I had never introduced my family to this place, and more presently, 2) I wish I had said "No" tonight when asked if I wanted something from Fuzzy's. At least then, we wouldn't...
Read moreThe food is good but the service is TRASH! I waited a 10 days to give the owner time to reach out to me before writing this review because I genuinely do not believe in bad mouthing businesses unless it’s truly warranted.
My family and I frequent this establishment, but will NEVER be back after my last visit on 9/13. I came in, ordered my food and proceeded to wait 35 minutes for my $59 order. I walked up to the counter and inquired about the status of my food and the young lady, who was visibly shocked I was still in the restaurant, went to the kitchen window to check on my order. She then came back to the order counter to get the manager, Ash, because the cooks in the back were ignoring her.
Ash goes to the back and comes back to me and tells me they’re making my food now. Another 10 minutes goes by and still NO FOOD. So, the young Hispanic man goes back there and comes back to me and says the same thing.
In this time, I’m only offered a free drink for my wait which at this point is about 45 minutes. I asked Ash to speak to the manager and, surprisingly she said SHE was the manager. Judging by how she was being completely ran over, one would never guess that. I asked her if the cooks are picking and choosing which orders they make.
Needless to say, I went ahead asked for a refund after waiting for over 50 minutes. As she was processing the refund, the dude brings out my food. Do you think they offered to give it to me anyway….they did not! I walked out without food and had to find another restaurant at midnight to feed my family.
Ash sat there and texted my information to the owner, Brandon Phillips, who has YET to contact me and all of my attempts to contact him have been...
Read moreUnfortunately I never had a chance to even order. I stood in line and it appeared the customer service was going well, she fixed two margaritas to go and those customers were off. The customer service lady @ around 6pm stated I'll be right with you and ofcourse I'll wait I thought she had to clean off a table or so but no...she went to a guy at a table that had a baby picked up his half empty margarita glass began to ask him the same drink, started to fill the same glass, as she came back around the counter and began to wait on him as he then approached the counter in front of me, she began taking his order as if I never was standing there. This man was obviously sitting because I was in the line behind two other customers waiting. I decided this is definitely not good customer service and lost my appetite. He is obviously her baby daddy but she should have let him know she's at work, not at home. I won't be back but please train your Customer Service on first come, first served and not according to friendships or special customers. I do my best to do business where I live and pay taxes, but this is a good example why I drive the extra mile for "Good Customer Service". Things that make...
