China 1 — Restaurant in Destin

So I lived in Miami for many years and moving here to Destin and expecting similar Chinese food was far fetched. Knowing this I expected at least some what decent food. But I was especially dissatisfied with the quality and taste of the food. I had the Special fried rice and there was nothing special about it, poor meat to rice proportions shrimp are not devained which is just gross and I'm sorry but in my opinion peas and carrots don't belong in fried rice but I get it it's a "filler" for the lack of protien. I also ordered the Chicken lo-mein which was flavorless from the noodles to the chicken. If you want better tasting Noodles go to Walmart and get the $1.12 teriyaki beef cup-o-noodles and will taste 10x better than there lo-mein. the Mongolian beef might as well been called Mongolian onions because the beef was nowhere to be found. Onions should not outweigh the beef 10-1. I read some of the other reviews and multiple people have complained about the Mongolian beef being all onions with very little beef. There is much left to desire with this place. A little tweak here and there would go a long way to make this...

Placed my order. Sat down in a restaraunt of 1 other customer. Waited and waited. 3 other customers meanwhile came in to place to-go orders and got them and left. I thought wow they were only around 5 mins or so and they were not call in (I eavesdropped on the orders because the place was so quite I could easily hear. They got their food and I thought maybe the restaurant was prioritizing orders to go and delaying mine because I was to dine in. Got my food in bags when it eventually came 28 mins later when I was supposed to be eating in the location. Know Im really shocked because it took so long. Had to go ask them for a few plates to eat with. They wanted to give me one at a table of there but I negotiated 2 paper plates. Finally the food (noodles) had that burned noodle taste and the general tso chicken was overcooked (tough). And what I cant figure out at all about the food, is that it was at most warm if not cold. Feels like confusion happened in a distracted kitchen. And needless to say it wont...

I felt hurried to order abd there was no one in there and not welcome the orange chicken has broccoli in it not in the side I have never seen orange chicken with broccoli still ok with me but it was not good in the orange sauce sauce very sticky and chicken was chewy and soggy too much sauce the overall flavor was just not good either pepper steak was Ok fried rice ok very expensive for what I got. I just wanted a side order of orange chicken she said it only came in large size which would have been fine if it was tasty but no one in my family liked it two 12oz cans of soda large orange chicken and one super small “lunch pepper steak “.
