⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Disappointed Despite a Friendly Staff. Scheduling was very easy over the phone, and the staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived — which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t meet expectations. While one of the technicians delivered excellent service initially, she abruptly left in the middle of my husband’s appointment to assist a walk-in client. There was no communication or explanation, and he was left waiting so long that he eventually left without receiving the rest of his service. That was incredibly frustrating and felt very unprofessional. As for my own service — while I did receive a very relaxing foot and leg massage, the quality of the manicure left much to be desired. My SNS dip nails are uneven and lumpy, with excess product left around and behind the nails. The technician roughly clipped and filed the overflow off my cuticles, which left them raw and jagged. It looks rushed and careless, and my cuticles are raw and sore. The staff did apologize and mentioned being short-staffed, which we sympathize with, but it felt like the focus was more on pushing through as many clients as possible rather than giving proper attention to the ones already in the chair. I love love loved my experience! My friend and I are vacationing here in Destin, and we really wanted to get our nails done. We decided to get them done here and thank goodness we did! The salon is so adorable with all the plants, and is incredibly clean!! There is such a loving and welcoming environment with absolutely no judgement! That's very important to me since I have a terrible nail biting habit! I have been biting my nails for as long as I can remember and my past experiences at another salon at home ruined getting my nails done when I was 11 for the longest time. Until today, 6 years later, I thought I would never be able to have pretty long acrylic nails. Ann did my friend and I's nails beautifully. I wish I had this friendly environment my first time getting my nails done too. If you have short bitten nails don't be afraid to get them done! Find a good salon and nail tech to do them! I recently visited Le Nails for a deluxe pedicure with my parents, who were excited to indulge in some pampering based on the great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite meet those expectations. The service started on a positive note, but I quickly noticed that the man - probably the owner who worked on my pedicure seemed rushed and less than happy, especially when I opted for regular polish instead of gel. I couldn’t believe that my deluxe pedicure, which cost $50, was completed in just 30 minutes. The experience felt very rushed, and I didn't get to thoroughly enjoy the benefits of the treatment. To make matters worse, during the massage portion of my pedicure, he was on his phone, which made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the moment. In contrast, my mom and dad received great service, and I wish I could have had the same level of care. I had high hopes based on the excellent reviews but found my experience to be a letdown.
