We used to love Miguel's, their food is usually pretty good. Only found a hair once last year. We've been customers since they were over in what is now the essentia dialysis parking lot and that's when I was a teen. Now my oldest is almost a teen and am still a customer. Breaks my heart that we've had so many off experiences the last two years, basically every visit where items have been completely forgotten even though we had paid for them or they just didn't put them on our order at all even though we confirmed the order with them. Lately it's been showing up at 7 in the drive thru and being refused service because they close at 8 or calling before 7:30 to pick up an order and being refused service. Several other restaurants take orders until their close time or at least 15mins before. We don't like going to most "fast" food places, so they're of the question for us and lately Miguel's has been the only one we like to visit. Looks like our options have...

There were 9 people working and about 4 actually doing anything, but they were busy actually preparing food. The counter staff was completely oblivious to customers forming a line, and was more concerned with having conversation and antagonizing his coworkers than taking the next order. Then they proceeded to give our order to someone else waiting who ordered after us because they didn’t even verify who’s order it was or what was in the bag. Spending 35 minutes waiting for take out fast food is not okay. Definitely will never return. Zero concern or accountability. If this is how they continue to run their business they’ll be...
Read moreUPDATE: As of 2023: Unfortunately the food is still the same but most of the employees still seem very friendly and courteous. The quality of the food is still iffy and still reminds me of cafeteria food. My only advice would be to get some higher quality tortillas, and please cook/heat them on a skillet before serving.
(original review) Very friendly staff, 5 stars for politeness and service. However, I'm sorry to say that the food is just bland. This is the kind of Mexican food that an old lunch lady would make in the cafeteria of an elementary school. Not terrible, but nothing to...
