Buddy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

I ordered a small 4slice super 6mile cuz I love mushrooms and a 8 pc wing mild sauce . Let me tell you ! I got the food 15mins later they texted me . I forgot to mention I’m I. The hospital next door so I’m already yucked out for hospital food. Get the food and the pizza is cool to the touch like the bread was warm and the top was hot weird like they made the bottom crust first then when you order it’s subway style prepared. Also called the store manager to make them aware and I was learned a fun fact that the wings are not freshly cooked and prepared, in fact they are fully cooked before the store receives them then oven baked and they don’t offer to toss the wings in the sauces you selected. It’s just to much hassle and grocery store grade box ready food for the amount you pay it should be a mouth watering experience. Then she suggested to get both cooked longer if I wanted it hotter or cooked well enough! Wow after today I’m completely over BUDDYS PIZZA. You literally can go Any pizza place and get freshly cooked products for a cheaper deal, WHY BUDDY’S ? SMH Complete Rip Off my opinion Gave 2 star for fast and good...

I have had the worst experience at this location. I recently tried to order a gluten free pizza from this location and after several tries they burned the pizza. I spoke with asst manager who agreed to refund me my money. Well , after review of my bank statement I realized not only did they not refund me my money they charged me another 28.05. Do understand I was charged a total of 56 dollars and didnt even get any pizza. I contacted the store manager by the name of Dan , who told me to just go thru my bank- which i did and they said deal with the merchant. Needless to say I have contacted corporate with no return call....I have spoke with Dan who just doesnt care and donna who's hands are tied. This is quite ashamed because my son really loves buddys however he now loves dominos. I will never return to this or any establishment owned by this company. I do believe in customer service and fairness- had the store manager just handled it like a real manager does then I probably would have just called this a wash. Awesome Awesome Awesome I’ve been coming here since I was a child my mom brought me every doctor appointment but today the experience just Reminded me why I pass this tradition down of doctors then pizza at Buddy’s with my children. I have a 9yr and 1yr old my 9yr eats all things pizza and while I see quickly my 1yr is already following behind everything brother does he gets upset when there is pizza he didn’t understand why brother didn’t share with him he is 1yr. My 1yr is lactose intolerant my 1yr never had pizza =( Today that changed because of DANA (manager) with wonderful assistance from SHAKYRA (cashier) and the great cooks in back being careful to insure my son was safe. DANA she seen me sitting and came over with me and the kids seen my youngest is a good eater but no pizza for him just bread sticks and my snacks and inquired and let me know they have Vegan Cheese =) so for the first time ever my son ate PIZZA Thank you guys you made a little gesture that made all the difference to this mom and two brothers who can now love...
