Brian, the owner and chef of this establishment is doing a phenomenal job! I only came here because he recently catered an event at my place of business, and I was only able to try the LEFTOVERS which were super delish! I absolutely had to hunt him down! I walked here on my lunch break and he did not disappoint!!! I ordered the large chicken shawarma that came with 2 sides. I chose rice and salad! I also ordered the half deboned baby chicken with fries and a salad! It came with pourable garlic sauce! I also grabbed some house made baklava for an after snack! The chicken was flavorful and moist! The rice was perfect! Fries, on point! Everything was “cooked with love” as Brian said from the kitchen! I can definitely tell! My heart felt it! I will for sure be back!

Delicious food every time; they’ve quickly become a new favorite restaurant of mine. Relaxed & clean environment; I also appreciate that they honor my spicy request, lol. The cashier, Brei, is really polite and very sweet! She’s always super nice when I stop by. Thank you! 😊

There are two Byblos on campus. Palmer I think isn't as good as the one on cass. I can't evaluate the food too well because I've only had a couple things on the menu. Each time the food took a while, busy or not it made no difference, food was cold. Cleanliness and quality were lacking. I got a ketchup bottom and the ketchup was either bad or old or just not ketchup at all. I asked for another bottle, same result.

I've seen them busy and they're certainly short staffed when I went in during lunch. Literally one waitress and a cashier up front when every table was full.

The one on Cass Ave on the other hand is the exact opposite. Very clean, good staff great food. I'll be heading there from now on even though its an extra 4 blocks away where as the Palmer...

A combined casual Middle-Eastern Halal restaurant and American-style diner with Arabic food aswell as fries and burgers. This has been one of my favorite Midtown spots since I went to college here 10 years ago. I live in the neighborhood and stop by once in a while for the best fattoush salad available anywhere and the best fries in the Cass Corridor. The chili (which is really more like a tomato-based soup) is also great. There isn't really any easy parking in the area, just a few spots, but that isn't their fault. They definitely get 5 stars from me. A great place to study or chill. The service is great and the food comes with free hummus and pita. Many many...
