Detroiter Bar — Restaurant in Detroit

Despite being just Canadian visitors that come maybe four time a year the bartenders and staff still recognize us when we come in. On game days, the staff does a great job of making sure you feel attended despite juggling twenty other tables. The selection of drinks are vast and the menu is your typical fare for a sports bar. Burgers, fries, chili and all the delicious high-calorie items in between.

They also offer a free shuttle from the bar to the game of the day which is amazing. It's closeness to Greektown Casino, the shuttle drop off for the Windsor bus and the tunnel itself lends itself to a perfect central point for visiting Canadians.

Love love love the burger special. Atmosphere is good. The younger girls on the waitstaff seem more interested in their text messages than their customers, but not all servers are bad its usually during dead times im neglected. Havent had a bad dish yet, but I usually get the burger special. I believe its a 1/2 lb angus with bacon, swiss, american, ham, let, on, tom, pickles with a hefty amount of awesome steak fries and a beer to go with it, $7.95. Good solid bar with always a drink special and great burger Id rather go here than five guys...

The Detroiter Bar is right around the corner and is our local hang out spot. The bar tenders get to know you and you see the same people night after night. It is a great spot to get a beer and a table, hang out and talk to your buddies. The burger special is a great deal, lots of food and a beer.
