Reserved a parking spot weeks ahead of time for a lions game and prepaid via the “ParkWhiz” app. I showed my conformation to the attendant the day of the game and he could not find me in the system. Since he saw that I had prepaid he said it would be fine. Fast forward to a month later I received a parking ticket in my email for over double the price i originally paid. I filed a dispute with the company “metropolis” who emailed me back and said it was resolved, but in the future to talk with the parking attendant on site to scan my ticket.
