Dunkin' — Restaurant in Detroit

this is BY FAR THE WORST DUNKIN I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! My first encounter here was terrible. I tried ordering a chicken bacon croissant sandwich. I got served stuffers. I'm from Georgia and didn't know the difference?? The lady got an attitude. This happened around when I first moved to Michigan. Second encounter was about a week ago and my boyfriend tried telling me that there doesn't look like there's any donuts inside the racks AFTER placing an online order.. so I walk up the door at night and this older woman that worked there tried telling a homeless dude over and over again that they were closed...?? I stated that I had an online order and she said their donuts are all THROWN AWAY. 🙄 I asked if they could refund my order because it was 30$ worth of donuts... She said they don't take care of that in the store. I asked how could I get this situated and she said she wasn't sure.... :| I don't even see how this Dunkin is still in business... This is the nastiest most disgusting dunkin in all of the states. You’re better off chain smoking 10 cartons of cigarettes than eating or drinking the items they call food here. One of the workers took someones drink to the back after filling it halfway with lemonade, and came back with a cloudy, yellow toilet water drink that the customer said tasted like alcohol and piss. The coffee I ordered had not one, not two, not three, but four flies in it. Also tasted watered down as if someone filled it halfway with water to save coffee for more profit. The bacon I ordered was undercooked, and inedible. Quite literally raw in some parts. If you go here you’re quite literally risking food poisoning and eating days old reheated food that was left out and reheated because the workers would rather use a microwave for 30 seconds than take the time to prepare edible food. My iced coffee was good, not great but the workers are extremely rude. I was passing threw the area to visit family. I decided to stop and get a coffee and touch up my makeup. I got my coffee and did not see a bathroom the gentleman directed me to a sign that read employees only, are dunkin dounuts/ Baskin Robbins cooperate allowed to not provide a bathroom? I go to the restroom and begin to touch up my makeup. The worker then began to shake and pound on the door. I said I'm coming let me put away my makeup because had out of bag on the conter he still proceeded to shake and bang on door. When I opened the door to leave I apologised and said I was doing my makeup. He smiled and had a bottle of bleach in his hands and said he just wanted to pour bleach in the toilet.
