No breading, no sauce, nothing. And they charged me $12 for that?

Instead of offering a solution, the young lady tried to convince me that this version was “better” and that I should just give it a try. She even told me that the old version came from Gordon Food Service and they didn’t like using it anymore.

I replied, ‘Well, I don’t like this, and something needs to be done.’ Starving and frustrated, I asked to switch my order to chili cheese fries. She told me I’d be upcharged and would need to wait another 30 minutes. Then she said she had chili ready now and offered it as a quick alternative.

Desperate and hungry, I accepted the chili—only to get home and discover it tasted spoiled. It had a fizzy, sour flavor that clearly wasn’t fresh.
