A little compassion is key. You guys are located inside a hospital. People are coming from everywhere for the soul purpose of good health. Stay aware of this! Especially, when you’re the face of the company. A smile is key, direction is key as well! Yesterday was my first day at this location. No greetings, when I came in no directions posted on what to do. Just two girls one with braces clearly appearing not to want to be there yesterday. Terrible customer service from the front to the back. I guess maybe I had the wrong attire on? My because I was in the hospital for eight hours while my best friend get set up for her cancer treatments! The nastiness of your employees are going to cripple you in the long run. I see it happens time and time again. Then when I spoke to her she says “I don’t want to talk to you my throat is sore.” Yeah, so maybe you shouldn’t be around food. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Please do better or hire someone who wants...

Went to papa Joe's yesterday at Henry Ford Hosp on West Gand Blvd 12/05/24 at about 8:55am got 4 of the almond joy cookies $6.00. Went to my appt, afterwards while at pharmacy on 15th floor tried to break one of the cookies and found it to be HARD. Took them back to papa Joe's to get refund explaining problem and young lady went and got "manager". This woman never introduced herself but none the less I explained the problem and was immediately told that they couldn't be hard because they were just made at 5am. She was very rude and also said they DON'T GIVE REFUNDS!!!! She than proceeded to turn her back on me while I was still talking to her. I said that I would be leaving a negative review and as she walked away her response was "yeah, yeah. I worked at HFHS for over 30+ years and never got a expensive hard cookie or service like that before. Thank you...

Located in lobby of Henry Ford Hospital. Soup selections change daily. Every soup I ate over several days was a delight! Flavor and ingredients were over the top delicious.
