They gave me the wrong order, and left off some of my order and when I spoke with the male employee about it he argued with me that I didn't and he couldn't prove it because the receipt was not in front of him and that I needed to speak with a manager..so I went to the establishment and showed him my receipt and he then told me I needed to come back the next day to speak to a manager about it. Firstly, you shouldn't be operating without some form of management in the restaurant. Secondly, if I told you I didn't receive what I ordered and drove from the suburbs all the way back down to the city, if you're operating without management, you should've at replaced that order, that's only good customer service. Thirdly, him and some other young lady were the only 2 employees working with a store full of customers. I will never be going back to this HOOD restaurant!! No refund or replacement of screwed up order...really?š¤ My suggestion is find somewhere else to get...
