I walked into this establishment this afternoon curious if their "Green apple green tea" was as delicious as the one across the street. Unfortunately when I walked in I encountered a very annoyed looking young lady who was in the process of devouring a plate of fish. Under the weight of her "what are you doing here?" scowl, I hesitantly asked how much the tea was. Her response was trite at best because upon returning to purchase the beverage she refused eye contact and took a painstakingly long 15 minutes to produce a concoction that tastes like kitchen cleanser. Lollicup generally has good drinks and food so 5 stars for that. But I’ve been to this specific location 4 different times and EACH time, it’s been the SLOWEST service everrrr! And they were all different employees. I would only suggest coming here if you have all the time in the world and have no where to go. Your drinks/food will come out at in at least 20mins. Plus one employee got my order wrong, I believe because he was wearing AirPods and didn’t hear my order correctly. Lack of professionalism in this location. I’m very disappointed with this boba tea shop. They keep changing staff, and some of them don’t even know how to make certain drinks. It’s obvious that they haven’t been properly trained before starting the job. On top of that, the staff doesn’t follow the 'first come, first served' principle. People who ordered after me were getting their drinks before I even got mine. The manager was just sitting nearby, watching all of this happen. Is this really the kind of place...
