Read moreI went in for a new phone and expected what I knew as the norm for the store. Wait for quite some time and when it was my turn it would always take 1.5-2hrs to do anything. This time, they were still seeing other customers but Deontae stopped to say hi and let me know they would be with me shortly. That has never happened before and it let me know that they see me. When it was my turn the 1st thing that was done was to check my plan and I’m glad he did. My military discount was not applied. We squared that way. Next was the whole new cell bit. That usually took an hour or more. It only took about 45min total to check/update my plan and get my new phone. Huge shout out to Deontae for: knowing his job, being attentive, answering my questions & of course saving me money. Great job...
Read moreIt wasn't the store, but I guess I'll leave this here. We decided to bite the bullet and get cable. AT&T was by far the best price for the package. When we called I updated all my info and some computer glitch didn't keep the change of address. The day of the original install I left my phone at home when I finally got to it I discovered they still had my old address which was a burned out shell of a home. Called to reschedule and Shawn (I think his name was) made the long call pleasurable and much less frustrating. The man that came to do the installation (I really wish I remembered his name) was awesome!
