Less than a week old phone is broke. (The phone just wont turn on all the way. Nothing stupid happend, I tried to restart to get the bluetooth going and it just wouldnt go past the Motorola screen anymore) I am paying for the insurance and the phone is under warranty. I can't get a new phone from them even though they have them in the store because i don't have everything that came in the box. They have to order one from a third party and i have to mail the old one back. 4 days from now when the new one gets here.
Yes my phone bill will be the same as if nothing happend , no worries, they will be getting their money on time and as promised. I get an excuse on store policy. Make sure you buy the insurance, you NEVER know what can happen!
UPDATE: New Phone came in and its a brick as well. Didnt even last an hour before the same problem. They still dont care and tried to downgrade me and still pay for the original at full price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Read moreThey were extremely busy today during my lunch break, and I had to come back after work and they were still busy. I see why though, all 3 associates were offering a world class customer experience but assured me they would be with me as soon as possible. After she was done helping an elderly lady with some phone confusion, and even holding the door open for her on the way out, she got to me. She asked many relevant questions to get a scope of my situation as I needed a new phone, looked for any deals that might be available, and then recommended I wait about a week because a new version of the phone I wanted would be coming out. I would have been pretty sour to find that out after the fact.
As a salesman myself, I recognize sales excellence, and I might try to steal her away.

Read morePatrick worked with me to correct all of Wanders errors, which were many, including not charging me tax on my new phone, not charging me for my screen protector, not charging me for my cell phone case, not changing my plan. Signing me up for warranty, not explaining the fees, the plan change, not giving me credit for my trade in, not sending me home with my charging cable and phone box. And most of all Wander did not respect my time, and there were other issues as well. The list is long. You can see Patrick had many things to correct and he did it in a very caring, respectful and professional way. I appreciate his help in the whole situation.
