This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a restaurant let alone a corporate chain. I went in there and immediately was taken back by how dirty the restaurant was. The floors were sticky, my shoes were sticking to it. Every table in the establishment was a mess and not wiped down. The customer waiting at the register was telling the cashier that he was missing a fish. The cashier then told the customer that it was not his fault, as he did not order an extra fish, but he will give the man an extra fish anyways. Behind the window looking into the kitchen, there was a lady and a guy cook, who i saw literally hugging and kissing each other while making the food… For some reason, i dont know if it was hunger or what, I didnt think twice about these things until after what happened to me. I ordered two number twelve meals and a bacon double cheeseburger. He then had an ENTIRE conversation with me about the sizing of the burger meal. So i ended up ordering a large. After waiting 10 minutes for my order, i walked out to my car and checked the bag of food. The bacon cheeseburger was not in the bag, instead, the cashier rang it up as a large cheese curds. I went back inside to speak to the guy at the register who then began to blame me, just as he blamed the old man who was at the register before me. He told me i did not order a cheeseburger, and that he does not remember ever speaking to me about it. It was literally 10 minutes prior! He kept blaming me, he then began giggling and told me i would just have to buy another… i couldnt believe it. I stormed out of the restaurant i was so angry and appalled at the state that LJS is in. I dont see how a restaurant let alone a corporately owned business can be so dirty, unprofessional, and rude to the customers. Never will i set foot into another LJS...

After arriving, we were asked to wait about 10 minutes, meaning the employees are not working as fast as they're supposed to. They're zombies. Oh and it's gets worse! After waiting the 10 minutes, we were told the order was given to another customer by accident, meaning we had to wait once again. Fast food service is supposed to be fast. She told me she couldn't do that. I told her I did not want a meal with sides, she charges me for it anyway. My wife orders a shake and the shrimp bowl combination.
