Not really sure why things are advertised online and certain toppings and flavors are advertised when they are not available, not to mention the staff has no idea what you are talking about when you are ordering let alone anything they have in the restaurant. If you dont have things that are advertised, then you shouldnt post you have pumpkin because this is what we came to the store for specifically, not to have your workers tell us they are out of almost everything we wanted to order…if I could give zero...

I want to start by saying i love Rita’s but i avoid this one. The girls that work there are snotty and rude. My son got an ice that literally had no flavor. I asked the girl to get a different flavor and she looked at me, walked away, took a spoon tried it and said “tastes fine to me” and rolled her eyes. So much attitude. It was plain crushed ice.

Also, they don’t accommodate for peanut allergies like EVERY other RItas does. Maybe they are just lazy....
