The manager Mickey was not familiar with the menu and took her frustration out on me for asking if the product contain dairy due to a severe dairy allergy .i went to the window to show them the beverage I wanted to purchased the girl at the window was extremely rude and continuously rolled her eyes and never answered my questions if the product had dairy so I asked one more time and she scream no pull up. Luckily the sweet lady inside with glasses let me know the product did have dairy and that she would happily get me a drink that didnāt contain dairy. I understand my allergy canāt always be accommodated but I would just like to know and not be treated so poorly because of a health issue . What they did today could have put me in hospital. This would be a major issue for me and the owners of this location. Please consider speaking to them abt the importance...

OLD REVIEW (2 stars): The people are great, the coffee can often be sub par. The iced coffees are a hit or miss but usually come out pretty strong and flavorful, the hot coffee is usually sour, even in the morning. The staff are generally very friendly and kind. It's disappointing when I don't have time to go back through the drive thru to ask for fresher coffee. I think the sourness is because it's made to weak and has been sitting on the burner for too long.
They are usually very busy, so I understand how they can't constantly keep up on these things. Home brewed coffee is more reliable...

Apparently it's okay to leave your customer waiting 20 minutes for food, put a new person on the drive-thru, have 2 employees walk off when one of them was taking my order, and when I address it, I am then told I'm being rude because I asked her to have someone make my kids food (bc no one was making orders & we just kept getting pushed aside), only have 4 people working, 2 of them New, drive-thru backed up into the street, lobby packed and yet the shift manager is doing the easiest job. Um No! She also was picking on her customers when they said something wrong or didn't know how to say a drink. If this is your Image of a Manager then Dunkin I feel...
