McDonald's — Restaurant in Dickson

Got off work at 10:00pm went to McDonald's to get dinner. They were very busy and I was in the outside lane with two cars in front of me. They took the order of the person in the inside lane and then proceed to take 4 more peoples order on the inside lane. The car that was waiting to make thier order finally just drove up because they never took their order. The person in front of me went up and started taping on the speaker and saying "Hello!, I've been waitingting over an hour, hello hello!!". The person came back on the speaker and took another order from the inside lane. I looked back to see how many cars were behind me and there were cars all the way back to the road. The person in front of me because they would not take his order finally just pulled up to make thier order at the window. I pulled up and they FINALLY said something which was " will be with you in a moment". Mind you I have waited over an HOUR and A Half (1hr 30min) ridiculous. They finally took my order and I ended up waiting another 30min for my food 2hrs to get food my food should have been free. I just got off a 8hr shift to wait 2hrs for food and had another 30min to get home got home at 12:00pm. They need to figure out what their doing and have more people on the night shift because sadly this is not the first time I've had to wait for my food when I get off the night shift. I’d give 0 stars if it would let me. My family and I were on our way home and our kids love McDonald’s. As soon as we stopped here for one there was a homeless person sleeping in the back corner by bathrooms. (Ok yea not a big deal, he needs somewhere to sleep). Then walking into the woman bathroom that was probably worse than any rest area you can find. Then we proceeded to order food on the kiosk. After paying and ordering we TRIED to find a clean table. There were absolutely NONE. No napkins either because we were going to clean it ourselves. Then I decided we would just eat in the car. We go to get our drinks nats fly absolutely everywhere when I got my sons ice in his cup. Then I went back to the counter and made the MISTAKE of looking in the kitchen. It was absolutely disgusting. Looks like this place hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. Then the manager after I said I want a refund had the BALLS to hold her hands up at me. You may decide to live in something like that but I do not. She absolutely had no clue why I wanted a refund. She proceeded to have an attitude and threw her hands up again. So me being me, I went off. This is absolutely uncalled for and nasty. Also a side note absolutely everything had a sticky fill. You don’t want customer asking for refunds how about you get into gear with making sure the place is clean. And your customer service is terrible and manager...

Before I start this review I want to say that typically I’m very understanding and easy-going. I hardly ever lose my cool over something as simple as food, but this establishment has really wore me down. This McDonald’s is easily the worst fast food place I’ve been to. Every time I go inside to order/eat the service is incredibly slow, they never give you drink cups or napkins unless you ask, and the food is usually gross (even for a McDonald’s, which I didn’t know was possible.) There have been times where I will stand in front of the counter for 10 minutes just to ask for napkins. There is ONE worker there that I see going above and beyond. He runs food, bags food, and takes orders while every other worker around him is twiddling their thumbs. I’ve also doordashed and what a horrible idea that was. I’ve doordashed from this McDonald’s 3 times and I’ll never make that mistake again. All 3 times they forgot the HOTCAKES from my big breakfast. How they forget the one thing people order big breakfasts for I don’t know, but they did it three times in a row and they don’t answer the phone when you call.
