malicious compliance is how i would rate this.
i have video proof that night shift is rude as hell, lying, misrepresenting the company, and passive-aggressively giving out spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets.
ticket #3472 11:50pm 3-31-25 host: Brianna ticket #3473 12:15am 4-1-25 refund by: some lady with a neck tattoo
at the intercom, brianna couldnt contain herself over "nuggies," laughing so much that she couldnt properly communicate.
after exchanging money and change, they wanted me to pull forward to wait on my "nuggies" citing 4 minutes. i politely declined and asked for my spoons for my frosties.
they said someone was at the speaker and i needed to pull forward. there was no one behind me at all so i said i never have to pull up anywhere else, they can serve me there.
they said the manager said that i have to pull forward because their policy says so, if they dont have me pull forward they will be fired. i told them im no threat to them and they can serve me there.
they said i can either pull forward of get a refund, so i asked for my receipt that i never got.
after some whispering between them, they handed my bag to me and i asked if everything was ok to which brianna said yes and i left.
while driving home i pulled a nugget out to eat, seemed spicy, so i ate another to confirm that they did in fact give me spicy nuggets. i didnt order spicy nuggets.
i returned to the store and confirmed at the intercom if they do have spicy and regular nuggets. i informed them i was just in and wanted to exchange the spicy nuggets for the regular nuggets. brianna claimed that they were out and that there was some sort of shortage and that it had "slipped her mind" to inform me of it.
i told them that i will be pulling forward to get a refund because thats not what i ordered. thats when the neck tattoo lady gave me a refund. i tried to explain that i dont appreciate the games they are trying to play and that people have health issues and they cant be playing with peoples food like that.
she said i was being rude, and i explained that i in fact have been anything but rude, i have been assertive the whole time and that they were being rude. she was talking over me and refusing to listen, neck tattoo lady closed the window on me and brianna wanted to run her mouth from safety. someone else back there was running their mouth too.
they claimed there were other people to tend to, to which i replied, its dead out here there is no one else.
note, my ticket numbers reflect i was their only customer in a 25 minute window. business was dead.
yall are petty and rude. you can not play with peoples food like that and you can not treat customers like that. stop goofing off, stop lying, and do your job. this is malicious compliance and a health/safety issue for people with food...
Read moreThis is the WORST fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. This is the third time in a row I’ve put in a mobile order, waited 6+ minutes at the speaker, told i was checked in and to come to the window, only to be told they couldn’t make multiple parts of my order. Why don’t you say something before you check me in? Infuriating. They offer no solutions each time and just blame managers and corporate. This is 3/3 times this has happened and all i get are blank stares and excuses. No refund. Last week when this happened they claimed they were out of: nuggets, ranch, sprite, fries, and baked potatoes. I get charged despite leaving with 1/5 items. What i did manage to leave with was ice cold and incorrect. They just say to “call the app.” What does that even mean? Ridiculous. Also, they make everyone pull up in front of the window so corporate won’t know how insanely long the ticket times actually are. It is absolutely not “policy” for everyone to pull away from the window and wait 10 minutes for a biggie bag. I’ve confirmed this with corporate Wendy’s office. Don’t pull forward. Maybe upper management will see what a mess this...
Read moreI only had interactions with a pink haired young lady at the window and it absolutely ruined my experience. Can’t stand nuggets without sweet and sour, and very blatantly asked for sweet and sour. Even had to repeat myself. It popped up in the screen and Still they failed to give me sweet and sour. On top of this, I had ordered a biggie bag to start the order off and immediately she caught attitude and scoffed at me, saying it would be a 4 minute wait. I then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes (give or take a minute or two) for food that was lukewarm at best and tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for the 20 minutes I had waited outside. Absolutely insane that they were still 2-3 hours off from closing and yet she acted like I showed up 5 minutes before the store closed. Abysmal customer service. Food quality was mid. And I’ll make sure to either go to the one by the interstate from now on or just go get food at a...
