Hi, this food is authentic but unless you know Laotian true food, you will have to go and try more authentic Laotian foods in big cities like Dallas and others that have true authentic Laotian foods, then you will know. It is very hard to find these rare gems of an establishment, when you do, you thank God that he gave us such awesome cooks and owners who know what they are cooking.
