Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Dorado

We were amazed by how stup*d the staff think we are. I’ve been to many Applebees throughout my life on many different places, and have been a loyal customer of them through the Dollarita seasons. We asked for the Dollaritas and we were given shot glasses. We talked with our server because this was the first time we had been given these on a size that small (literally two slurps). She told us that the managers of this Applebees follow the rules established by the CEO’s in terms of the size but the other restaurants do as they prefer (give bigger sizes). This was not logical, so we searched on Applebees official website, and the size of the Dollarita was exactly what we were saying, instead of what was being provided. Sure, it’s just $1, that does not bother me (maybe a little since I am paying $1 for literally two slurps), but what enraged me was the server lying to us on our face. Proof attached.

Hence, don’t come to this Applebees, they do not follow the franchise rules and make their own, they also lie to their consumers. Being a Puerto Rican, this is a perfect example of how corrupted our own people are, and then have the decency to complain about being taken...

I was there today September 14 at the Dorado location it was my first time in but I use to go to a Orlando Florida location so is not my first rodeo at an Applebees restaurant. I needed to establish that point to be able to compare the food quality, I had a sirloin stake with onions and supposedly peppers wish never found my plate. The stake was the lowest quality I ever had and poorly season nothing close to it was on the menu. That will be my last time eating in Applebees. My table so swinging all around having to concentrate on how to control the table than trying to cut my stake, overall I believe the needs a very good improvements starting with the quality and fixing tables so people can enjoy cutting their stakes without having to control the tables. Last thing no A1 stake...

I spent almost 130 dollars (not the issue) amd ordered among other things,2 samplers of wings. The six "wings" looked like 6 hummingbird wings! The the 2 plates were a slap in the face and Applebee's has to do better. Ive been to the Dorado location countless times,and have had great times. But having to go home and cook after paying 130ish ( cant remeber exactly) was a even crazier.

Also bring back the 2x1 on frozens again. The wife and I were regulars there Friday...
