Bistro Bar — Restaurant in Doral

The restaurant, bar and outside seating of this restaurant are very nice. It's in front of a big lake with a fountain and comfortable chairs. We only had appetizers and a drink and they were good.

What they continue missing in this place from administration to administration is good customer service. The waitress was ok and prompt to serve and help, althought a little too 'informal' to my taste. What really disappointed me was that around 9pm, they started turning lights off around us until someone else (not the waitress) passed by and told us they were leaving, and 30 seconds later he turned all lights off and left us in the absolut dark.

I am not going back, I tried to give that place a new opportunity every time they have a new administration and always get frustrated. It's a shame because I live in Costa del Sol and I would love to have a nice place to dine or hang out with friends from time to time, and enjoy...

The Bistro Bar, my home away from home!!! Friendly atmosphere, incredible service, clean and delicious food. Owners Rossy and Rafael are always attentive to your needs. I was very disappointed with everything about this place. The girls that work there are nice, but they don't wear they masks the right way or at all. No Covid safety whatsoever. When we ordered the food from the "Lunch Menu" it had a price and when we got the bill, it had another much more expensive price. They say since it was Sunday those lunch prices do not apply, but that specification is nowhere to be found in their menu. We ended up paying a lot more for food that it was not even worth it.
