If you’re looking for a reliable and comfortable place to grab a bite in Doral, Chili’s is a great option. It’s got everything you’d expect from a Chili’s—good food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for a casual lunch, dinner, or even happy hour. Food & Menu Selection Chili’s menu is packed with a variety of options, from Tex-Mex classics to burgers, ribs, and appetizers that hit the spot. Their Triple Dipper is always a great choice if you like to mix and match—combining favorites like their crispy chicken crispers, southwestern eggrolls, and awesome blossom petals. One of the best things on the menu has to be their Baby Back Ribs—they’re smoky, tender, and covered in their signature BBQ sauce. If you’re into Tex-Mex, their Fajitas and Quesadillas are flavorful and come with all the toppings you’d want. And for burger lovers, the Big Mouth Burgers are juicy and packed with toppings that make them a satisfying choice. For lighter options, they also have salads and grilled dishes, like the Margarita Grilled Chicken, which is simple but tasty. Their portions are generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. Drinks & Happy Hour Chili’s is known for its great margaritas, and the Doral location doesn’t disappoint. Their Presidente Margarita is one of the best—strong, smooth, and served in a shaker so you get extra. They also offer a 2-for-1 drink special on select cocktails, which is a great deal if you’re looking to enjoy a night out without spending too much. If you’re more of a beer person, they have plenty of options on tap and in bottles, as well as some fun frozen drinks if you’re in the mood for something sweet. Service & Atmosphere The staff here is generally friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a nice balance of a family-friendly vibe with a lively bar area. It’s a great spot for groups, date nights, or just a casual meal after work. One of the best things about this Chili’s is that the wait times aren’t too bad compared to other busy restaurants in the area. Even on weekends, you can usually get seated pretty quickly, which is a big plus. Pricing & Value Chili’s has solid prices for the portions you get, and they always have meal deals, happy hour specials, and combo options that make it even better. The 3 for Me deal is a great budget-friendly choice, letting you pick an appetizer, entrée, and drink for a great price. Final Verdict Chili’s in Doral is a dependable, no-fuss spot that delivers good food, great drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite, happy hour, or a casual dinner with friends or family, you’ll leave satisfied. It’s not the most high-end place, but for what it is, it’s consistently good and worth the visit!

Title: "Great Service, But Frustrating Language Barrier at Chili's in Doral"My recent visit to Chili's in Doral was marked by exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere, yet I was disappointed by a notable oversight: the menu was not provided in English. As someone living in the United States, I found this oversight to be quite frustrating and even somewhat disrespectful.Let's start with the positives. The service at Chili's was truly excellent. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. The ambiance was lively yet comfortable, making it an enjoyable place to dine. However, my enthusiasm was dampened when I received the menu only to discover that it wasn't in English. Instead, it was entirely in Spanish. Now, don't get me wrong—I have no issue with Spanish, and I respect the diversity of cultures and languages in our country. But what bothered me was the assumption that I could read and understand Spanish simply because I was dining in Doral, a city with a significant Spanish-speaking population.Living in the United States, especially in a city like Doral, it's reasonable to expect that menus at restaurants cater to the dominant language spoken in the country—English. Having a menu solely in Spanish felt exclusionary and frankly, it was inconvenient. It shouldn't be assumed that every patron can navigate a menu in Spanish. It's important for establishments like Chili's to be mindful of the diverse backgrounds of their clientele and to provide inclusive services. Offering menus in multiple languages or at least having an English translation available would make a world of difference. In conclusion, while Chili's in Doral impressed me with their service and overall dining experience, I urge them to reconsider their approach to menu accessibility. It's crucial for restaurants in the United States to be inclusive and accommodating to all patrons, regardless of their linguistic backgrounds.

Visited this DORAL location on 3/12 /24 at 17:00. As we walked in to be seated, there was no hostess to sit us. We waited and waited until we had to go up to the bartender and ask him if there was a Hostess and where to sit. He then left the bar area and went to go get someone in the back. The waitres then sat us. This was a bad start. But being that it was Chili's. we decided to stay. We ordered the promotion 3 for ME, which is( 1-choose your drink , 2-choose appetizer, 3- choose entree) - So we chose the House Salad with Bluecheese Dressing as the appetizer ( DRESSING DID- NOT taste AT-ALL as Bluecheese) - As Entree. we ordered the Oldtimer Hamburger with Cheese & Fries. ( ONCE IT ARRIVED THE FRIES WERE 🥶 COLD and STALE...After waiting for waitress attention, as she was going to bring some mayo(which neverr was brought to the table), she called the Manager MIKE..... - After Listening to our comments, MIKE decided to remove one of the hamburgers from the bill to make up for the horrible. Old stale fries and hamburger! This reflected on the RECEIPT as ( Officer Discount & Other) BUT I AM NOT AN OFFICER! MIKE WAS REALLY UNHELPFUL AND UNCARING. His attitude reflects the atmosphere this Chili's is at the moment. This is my Neighborhood Chili's and I don't everr recall it in this state. Don't really know how he is manager; truly has no Managerial skills. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHILI'S, GO next door to FLANIGAN'S WHERE YOU WILL CERTAINLY HAVE A DELIGHTFUL DELICIOUS EXPERIENCE AND HOPEFULLY ChIlis will HAVE A NEW MANAGERIAL Team that truly cares for its reputation and customer service.

Chili’s Review It was Sunday afternoon(4/18/2021) and our family decided to dine in at our local Chili’s Restaurant, located in 87 Ave and 13 St NW in Miami. I personally approached the host to request a table upon our arrival. There were 3 different host at the station. One of them processed to help me after I requested a table for a party of 8. She wrote down my cell phone number and the size of the party and advised me to either wait outside or in the car and that I would be notified once the table was available. I received my text message with a link where my place in line was visible. Our table was ready after 25 minutes. Our family approached the host and we were walked over to a dining area. At that point the host tells me that we have to split our party and dine in separate tables. What????? I have been waiting 30 minutes and this is the first time you informed me of such thing. Why was I informed as soon as I requested a table for 8?? No reply from the host. I demanded to speak with the manager. A lady comes in, in no way this lady was a manager. She looked like she just came from cleaning the restrooms. Poorly dress. No name tag or any other restaurant identification. She approached the table and just stood there silent and it wasn’t until I started explaining mu concern that she just said. “I’m sorry” you can either sit in two tables or leave. we have CDC guidelines because of Covid and we are not allowed to have parties bigger than 6 on a table.” Come on lady. We have been living with Covid for a whole year now, and you tell me that the restaurant you “managed” does not have the curtesy to at least tell guest what you just told me as soon as they request a table instead of having then wait to find out when they are supposed to start enjoying their meal? At any point she apologized or try to look empathetic. Waiting for 30 minutes with kids on the heat of miami at 5 in the afternoon. The worst prt is that the Covid Regulation is not even true. Emergency Orden 33-20 put into effect on April 6, 2021 for the county of Miami Dade, does not cite any group limitations in restaurants, and limitations of no more than 10 individuals in public places(restaurants are not included on this group). In addition. If you try to join the restaurant’s wait list on the website you can and have the option of adding a party of up to 9 people. Now more than ever we are 100% sure that we were discriminated against at this restaurant, and that being a hispanic family impacted the way were mistreated by this African American manager that in no way knows a thing about managing her team or this restaurant. One thing for sure is that we will never return to this horrendous place. Second, we will make sure other future visitors know about our...
