Champions Florida — Restaurant in Doral

All the one star reviews say it all and there is a lot of them! Horrrrrible customer service and disproportionally restrictive measures. Customer service at this place needs a serious change of attitude and change of “owner/manager” if they want to keep people coming back. They seriously need to focus more on customer experience then restrictive laws and measures. WARNING: To anyone wanting to host an event or soccer tournament at this place I highly advise you DO NOT waste your time or money unless you want your players and customers to have a horrible experience and feel like they’re trapped in some sort of detention center where basic things are not allowed. I’m pretty sure the people who run this place have never played a soccer tournament in their life, they treat the place more like a club and bar where they search you and your things at the entrance and don’t allow you to bring in your own sports drinks or between game snacks. Who does this? No real soccer place I know, that’s for sure. No restaurant either! Worst experience I have ever had in any soccer facility, soccer tournament, or restaurant EVER. Never going back here and NEVER playing any tournament here again. Just RUN.. away.. fast! Did I say horrible already?...

First off great location for indoor soccer. I didn't get to play but it had two big fields for it and one Basketball court. So it's nice to know they have a variety for those athletes. They also have two billiards tables.

For a place that has "Sports Bar" in there name, it doesn't have that many TVs. Has a few projectors but nothing outrageous that screams "Lets enjoy a sporting event here". Was not impressed at all.

They have food available but I didn't get to try since I was there for another event and had ate prior to arriving.

Now the drinks I did try. I had a simple Rum&Coke, tasted great normal pricing but here's the catch... they throw in a gratuity without telling you and then when you sign the check it doesn't even tell you they did. The bartenders do it very sneaky and I don't appreciate being robbed of more money. I also had a white wine (Pino Grigio) that was very cheap nothing out of this world. Again they did the same thing, throwing in gratuity without warning and throwing the bill at you and moving on to the next customer before you even have a chance to say something.

Definitely not worth trying. Save your money and time. This sports bar is super hidden and needs to...

Horrible service

we went to this place for the colombia/argentina game they charged us a $20 cover for each person which they said can be applied to our bill at the end. The service was the worst service i've ever experienced our waitress Mile C. was extremely rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. We basically had to hunt her down and had to try to get her a attention multiple times in order for her to come over to our table (18% service charge is already included) so that's probably why she doesn't care. After we were done eating we asked for our check and she tried to charge us full amount even though they said cover charge was included (so basically double our bill). she then proceeded to collect all of our wristbands to give us the "discount" and said we needed to either get the receipt or show her our personal bank statements even though she saw everyone sitting on our table instead of trying to help us out and make our experience pleasant she did the exact opposite. I highly doubt I will be coming back here again if the service is going to be this horrible with an already included 18%...
