DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER WITH THEM!!! They have the absolute worst customer service!! To make a story short, I placed a delivery order for a corporate meeting which included 6 bags of fries however I received 5. Keep in mind, a side of fries is $6 plus they so conveniently charge a "service fee" for "quality service" that you can't remove, its a mandatory fee and I paid $22. Not only is the food expensive but I found it ridiculously expensive for "quality service" I did not get at all, hence my complaint. I proceed to call and ask for the manager who of course does not speak a word of English so she passes me to someone else. She claims she herself added the 6 bags of fries and that was the end of it, not once did she try to find a way to help me NOT ONCE. All she did was argue back with me, they then get the owner of the store to check the cameras but I can't watch with her so I have to trust her word and what do you know! Surprise surprise she defends the actions of the manager. There is no reason for me to lie over $6 plus the last thing I want is to tell a CEO his order was incomplete because they forgot the fries and are incompetent in their work. Now they will respond to this and attempt to defend this negative review, but as you read this just know they could have avoided all this by simply having decent CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and offer to bring a bag of fries or even find a resolution to keep your customer happy after you had the audacity to charge $22 dollars for "service fee" of which I did not receive. $22!! and yet you still argued with a customer over a bag of fries for $6....pathetic! Way to go Gyroville Doral, you lost a customer who constantly places large orders for her company all because the manager, owner, and employee couldn't help me the proper way.
I find it quite telling that in every response to negative reviews, the company fails to take any accountability. If you take the time to read through their responses, you'll notice a pattern: they consistently twist the narrative and somehow shift the blame onto the customer. My experience only further validated this behavior.
Regarding the video mentioned in my review, let me clarify: it was never offered to me. Instead, I was asked by the owner to contact DoorDash directly, file a complaint, and wait for a response from them. This lack of proactive customer service only added to my frustration.
And lastly, I was neither rude nor aggressive. In fact, I remained calm and polite. However, as soon as I requested to speak with someone in English, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Shortly after, I was treated as though I was lying, which left me feeling upset and frustrated. This led to me raising my voice in order to defend myself. I believe better customer service and a more respectful approach could have prevented the situation from escalating.
It's disappointing to see a company that does not take responsibility or make any real effort to resolve issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend...
Read moreI am writing this review in much disappointment due to the extremely unhappy or disturbed team member named “Diana” or whatever her name was. Right off the bat, myself and 6 others placed our orders ourselves on the kiosk and I accidentally put an $8.50 something cent tip which was 15% when neither team member deserved it. Neither of them asked if we needed help or anything because they were busy which I totally understand but in fast food restaurants or any restaurant, you help the people who place the orders first before starting another task or taking another order. Anyways, I asked for the $8 back because they did absolutely nothing to deserve a tip at all. When I did that(mind, this was the first time we exchanged ANY words) Diana took her gloves off with much attitude, made a disgusting face and said “Sure”. Then she proceeded to call up her manager who wasn’t on site and spoke in Spanish so I wouldn’t understand and said “there is nothing that can be done about this”. I just said okay whatever. Then she started bringing our food to our table and almost every one of us 6 asked for 2 sauces each and even paid extra for other sauces which she didn’t give us. And I have provided proof of the receipt as well where you can see the different sauces and amounts; we didn’t get half the sauces we were supposed to, so as a normal customer, I went to tell her WITH the receipts in hand to show her what was missing and she had the audacity to say “which sauces do you need” so I told her nicely which sauces were missing which we even paid for. She continued to ask 3 more times which sauces as if I was speaking a different language. Then she sort of threw the sauces in my face and STILL DIDNT give the correct amount. I then asked for her manager and she just made a disgusting face again and started calling somebody on her phone and handed it to me. I assume it was the manager so I told her the story of how her associate was being extremely aggressive for no reason. (If this were to be further investigated, please check your cameras first as she is the ONLY party being aggressive the entire time). I asked for the manager to come to the store as I wanted to speak to her in person. As my friends ate their food, she just came to the table and put the $8 ON my food??? (There is a picture for that too). The manager did NOT end up coming in for whatever reason and we had to leave but my friends and anybody else in the restaurant also witnessed this and left similar reviews and there may be more coming if she treated others like this as well. Diana SHOULD be fired immediately because clearly she is not able to handle a job that requires fast pace and pressure and obviously customer service. I am visiting from out of state and it was my last day when this occurred so it’s just sad my friends and I had to go through this and i personally, believe I should be fully compensated for my meal let alone everyone else she...
Read moreGoing by the other reviews, we were very excited to try this restaurant. My husband and I drove 40 minutes to get there yesterday. The staff was very rude and refused to seat us even though we were within their normal business hours. Our 20-month old son was with us. There was no specific reason given as to why they would not seat us. There were still 30 minutes left before they would close. There were two people working there yesterday. Chris, who was in the front, was more reasonable. Maria, who chose to go hide in the back once I asked for a kids menu, was repeatedly directing Chris (from the back) to not seat us. She never came back out to speak with us. Confused and frustrated, we left. With an area bustling with new and exciting restaurants, there is no shortage of good places to eat which will respect your business. We found a much nicer place to eat afterwards with excellent customer service and delicious food. I regret wasting our time at this place with its limited menu and poor customer service. Their policy should reflect more understanding and care towards customers...
