Corporate need to get involved!
We go to moes a lot and we just started coming to this location. Today we had $10 in reward points that we can use as currency. We walked in and it was Moes Monday so we selected that on the rewards screen because we did not see the $10 credit option and then we showed her the barcode to scan for the $10 credit and she got another employee named Lorazo to interpret for her since she doesn’t know English. The employee stated that THEY DO NOT HAVE A SCANNER and we can only use one reward per transaction which makes no sense because the points is currency and shouldn’t be applied as a reward/promo since that is accumulated through us spending. I said fine and they had to re-ring the order up and this time they were saying we can’t do moes Monday promo since the system already recognized we did a promo today even though we never paid yet. We asked for manager and he said the cashier was the supervisor and she doesn’t speak English. Her name is Deanna. He said the only thing he can do is have us order through the app while our food just sits there and getting cold and soggy while all of this is occurring. He shrugged his shoulders and just stood there like there is nothing they can do. WE WERE UNABLE TO DO MOES MONDAY AND UNABLE TO USE OUR $10 CREDIT FROM MOES APP. They made zero effort to make things right or manually fix price and having a manager that doesn’t speak English is...
Read moreUnfortunately, this specific location is no good. They were out of many items, such as steak, peppers, and limes. The worst part was the lady at the cash register's attitude. While attending us, she reprimanded the lady serving the meat for giving us "too much" meat; and she overcharged us for a burrito bowl because it didn't have rice and beans. Then, our young son dropped his food. A young man cleaning witnessed and saw our son crying. His immediate response was "don't worry, I'll get him some more." Yet, the same rude lady told him he couldn't give our son a little more. The poor young man had to come back and say "I can't. I'm so sorry." How humiliating for this young man. When talking to the lady at the cash register about her ill behavior, she just wanted to talk herself. Our family has been enjoying Moe's for many years and Moe Mondays is our favorite. However, we will never go to this location ever again. We have eaten at the Doral and Kendall locations many times (3-5 times a month, for years) and have never once had a bad experience in any of the other locations. Too bad this location sucks, since it's much closer to our home. Next time, we will drive to a...
Read moreI have been coming to Moe’s since I was a kid. It’s always been one of my favorite places. I don’t know what’s happened in recent times but to say I was appalled at my last visit, it’s putting it very lightly. Remember when you would walk through the doors and you would be greeted with a loud and welcoming “WELCOME TO MOE’s” from the whole staff? Yeah, no more of that. Instead I made my way over to the two frumpy employees who did not aknowledge me until they were done with their uber eats orders. I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. I was immediately shocked by the tortilla the employee pulled out for the quesadilla- it was at least half the size than what was previously offered. When I questioned this, the wmployew let me know that “the same amount of ingredients can fit inside”. Yeah, that’s not really the point. I also noticed they changed the quality of their ingredients. The cheese they use is different. After I reluctantly paid, I went to grab myself some sauce to enjoy with my chips. The sauces were ran through and in need of a refill. The booths were dirty and unaccommodating. It saddens me that this is what’s become of Moe’s. Safe to say, I will...
