Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Doral

It is with a heavy heart that I must leave this review. This Pizza Hut has been probably the best Pizza Hut when it comes to the freshness of the ingredients that I have ever had from a pizza hut. Unfortunately the last two times I have ordered, the ingredients have been nowhere near as fresh. I made a very polite phone call and spoke to a manager letting her know that my family and I are regular customers and we can definitely tell the difference with our supreme pizza in the last two times we have ordered. Both times I was brushed off and told that nothing has changed but let's be honest something has changed. I do not blame the workers because you guys are located in an area that's very busy and I'm sure y'all get overwhelmed at times specially now during the prior soccer cup and the upcoming Olympics and different sports events where people order a lot of this stuff. However, trust me when I tell you this your pizza when it comes to how fresh it used to be do not compare to any of the other local large national pizza chains. I am attaching a picture because I am a big time foodie and I want to to observe the different from how the Supreme Pizza looked before and how it's unfortunately looked the last couple of times I've ordered. I am willing to change this review as long as you guys go back to how the pizzas used to look because I'm a big fan of your store and I only want you guys to keep...

Very bad service. I put an order yesterday and told the girl to make a pizza with no cheese three times. Also, I asked for chicken on the Pizza. Than I had to wait one hour for the delivery even-though my hotel is only one mile a way from the pizza hut location. However, after one hour I got my pizza which was completely wrong. I got a pizza with cheese, veggie and no check. So I called the driver up and told him to come back and take it because its wrong order. The driver told me that was what I got from the store please call the store. I called the store and the operator pick up the phone after fife minutes. When I try to explain to him about the wrong order he placed me on hold again for another 10 minutes.

So, I decided to use the hotel phone to see if the operator still processing orders while I am on hold. Guess what same operator picked up the second line (My hotel Phone) and asked what I need to order. I asked him why he put me on hold? without any notice he put the second line on hold again.

I got really mad and I went to the store. I talked to the store manager (Sadly the store manager was the person who took my order in the first place and she messed it all up). Also, I asked why the operator was hanging up on me? the store manager didn't say a word.

All I want to say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. I went to restaurant to buy my food. Zero customer service...

This was my first food delivery order since moving to Doral. Ordering through the App was easy. I ordered a, "DETROIT STYLE" Pizza to try out and the Triple Fudge Brownie and a 2 lt Soda. All were great. I spoke to the people at the location a few times. They called to verify the order and address. They were very friendly and courteous. I met the driver down at the Lobby door. I asked them to use THE INTERCOM AND BRING TO MY DOOR! I don't have a problem with the Food, I have a problem with the DELIVERY SERVICES!! It seems EVERYONE here in Miami-Dade uses Doordash,Uber Eats, or any of the others. THEY ARE THE PROBLEM!! They are out to make the most money they can as drivers, but it HURTS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE RESTAURANT!! Making MANY Deliveries before they even get to you! You wait anywhere from 1-2+ hours for your order, and then it's cold or slightly warm! I liked it so much better when RESTAURANTS had their own Deliveries!! My overall rating is 👍 good. I would recommend them. The food was really good, as was the service......ALL BUT DELIVERY!! This isn't just a single delivery. This is EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM THEM!!
