I don't usually review fast food places, but this experience was really one that I wouldn't wish on anyone else, so here we are. Let me start by saying that the man at the drive through window was amazing. That's the extent of our positive experience. My daughter and I ordered burgers, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc, but we received two Friscos. A Frisco consists of two pieces of bread (not a bun), a hamburger patty, tomato and probably half a cup of mayonnaise. We thought maybe they had run out of buns and were trying to make the best of it, not yet knowing that we were given Friscos. My daughter started gagging at the insane amount of mayo and said that she couldn't eat it, so I called the store, where the person who answered looked up our receipt and told us what we had ordered and that's what we got, to which I replied that there was no lettuce, no special sauce, no pickle, it was not the #1 huge pretty burger that we'd ordered. She didn't attempt any measure of customer service skills when she irritatedly told me to come back to the store. When we got to the drive through, I realized that we were given friscos, and told her so and I think that she didn't believe us, because she informed me that I would have to pay again, to which I replied no, I'm not, we recieved the wrong order and I'm not paying for their mistake. She was super rude when she told me to pull around. She took our bag back, which was fine, but I didn't think that food given out to customers was allowed back in the kitchen. She must have been checking to see if my having called the store, then returning to it to try to get the order corrected was my way of getting something for nothing. Read moreNever had issues at this location but this morning was horrible, can't order the 2 for 5 same as you can on the app, so I ordered on the app, drove back around was told I had to come in, even though I checked drive thru, I assume, the manager proceeded to tell me that the order just came through and I had to come in regardless, I have kids in the car that I'm not unloading to come in, so i drive around again, park and go in, check my order, evidently I checked the sausage biscuit not biscuits and gravy, asked to swap it out since it never left the counter and the manager screamed at me that she wasn't giving me something for free that I didn't pay for, 1st off I NEVER asked for anything free, and it costs nothing to be a nice person, but that was too steep price for the staff today. Read moreWe used to love this place. We came in about noon and 1 table of folks. 2 of whom were employees. 1 young kady fixing meals. Nobody greeted us or came to the counter. About 4 minutes passed when an older gentleman came around the wall by the drive-thru. We said howdy, he looked up and said, " I will be back." I glanced at their order board, and they had 6 active orders. Did I mention that we were the only customers in the restaurant? At no time did any of the employees sitting in the dining room get up to offer service. We waited another 5 mins without anybody helping us. We left, walked across the Bojangles. We were greeted warmly, smiles, and extremely prompt service. We will not go back to Hardee's! Fast Food is too costly to be treated...
