McDonald's — Restaurant in Dothan

I went to this McDonald's tonight, the one located near Southeast Health. I had just left a graduation in Ashford, Alabama which is approximately 15 minutes from Southeast Health. I was so hungry, and when I arrived, there were 2 other cars ahead of me, and 5 cars behind me but there were several customers parked in the curbside for orders. I admit it was busy, and some customers in the drive thru left. It was approximately 9:00 pm , and I was able to order my food at 9:25 pm. I pulled to the 1st window because that's where you pay ( I thought). I sat there for 6 minutes while there were 3 cars behind me waiting. No one ever came to the first window but an employee yelled out the second window, " You're supposed to be at this window". I apologized and said " no one told me which window to go to". So another few minutes went by before someone acknowledged I was waiting for my food. The young lady asked me " what's your order", I told her a sprite without ice and 2 cheeseburgers and fries which was #7. The young lady began to give me a coke and someone else ordered. So I repeated my order, so she said " give me just a minute". She left to get something. While I'm still waiting on my food, and cars are waiting in line behind me, I almost left but I was absolutely starving after leaving the graduation, so about another 10 minutes, another young lady came to the window and asked me " have you gotten your order? I said No ma'am. She asked me which number, I said #7. She looked to her left, and there were 3 bags on the counter so she gave me the bag. I looked inside, and it was 2 cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers were slightly warm, and the fries were lukewarm and limp. I was pretty much done,...

Went to this McDonalds. 03/31/18 Pulled into the parking lot and parked. It was after 10 PM. Get to the door and it is locked. The sign on the door indicates the dining room is open to 1 AM. I see people inside. So, I get back into my truck and get into the drive-thru line. There is only one lane open. Each car is taking an extremely long time to get their order placed so I turn my truck off after each movement. Finally, I get to the ordering spot and I give my order. I see that the order from the previous vehicle is still on the screen. I wait for someone to reply and give me some indication that they've received my order but nothing happens. I do see that the order from the previous vehicle has now been removed and it begins showing items from their menu. I blow my horn, try to get someone's attention with no response. I drive around and there is a car there that was not the one that was in front of me. I guess that guy left. I get to the window and have to give her my order. I told her that I gave my order but there was no response. She made a comment about it being the automated ordering system. Now I get to move up to the last window and wait. I wait and at least 4 vehicles pass by and 1 that had to wait like me. I finally get my order and find that the french fries are not fresh. You would think that after all the waiting and frustration I could at least get fresh french fries. My previous visits were better but took about 15 minutes to get my food. This was at lunch and there were at least two white shirt managers working and they still couldn't get the food out. I think they wasted their money remodeling...

I visit this McDonald's often and love the ladies that work the windows ... today there was a newer girl at the food window I ordered a mcdouble no pickles I over heard the Manager (a lady with glass very skinny ) telling everyone the orders where mixed up so I checked mine when got it, was a cheeseburger witha ton of Ketchup I told the girl at the window she said yes ma'am a mcdouble is one piece of meat with two pieces of cheese... no biggie ... so i said no ma'am its not the manager said tell her to her pulled I did the manager comes the the third window and says oh I have people training in the back I get that part as well i wasnt upset i just simplu wanted a mcdouble no pickles ... but the girl at the window could have just took my cheese burger and got me a new one and or have asked mw to pull foward herself ... so tge manager said oh I thought she took it she held her hand out I showed her the cheese burger with her hand still out I gave it to her ... now all of this is fine until she brings me my correct burger tell me why it has the SAME cheese burger wrapper ,bread ,tons of Ketchup that I had already put my nails in the bread when I checked it) I didn't wrap it very well when I handed it to her either thinking she would toss it and give me a entire new one nope....
