Wingstop — Restaurant in Dothan

This wingstop is giving wingstop a bad name! It's a shame. So glad wingstop finally came to dothan! 1ST VISIT Food was good but the garlic parm had no parm on them! i think they opened in the wrong location (there are 4 tables in there) also , the kitchen isnt big enough and the area is too crammed, the staff is not apologetic and rude, I am a little disappointed in that area. Overall they have excellent chicken and it's always decent sizes you don't get skimpy boneless Wings. The garlic parm is a must try and the other flavors are very unique. Must try guys the fries and the ranch and blue cheese everything here is must try:) Happy Wingstop everyone!

2nd visit (they forgot the parm on our garlic parm again!!:( it's my favorite. And it is extremely greasy, in vegas wingstop wasn't this greasy, but they're justing starting out so hopefully they get more experienced.

3rd visit (doordash) pickup DON'T DO IT YOU WILL WAIT 40 MINS FOR THE ORDER IF NOT LONGER:)

4th visit was good , and actually was a decent wait time 16-21 mins for my food.

5th visit: garlic parm is REAL OILY makes me feel sick from the grease

6th visit got the garlic parm without garlic and it wasn't greasy like usual! Was good:) I'm glad since that's the only one I like!:) we get the all in bundle

Full experience I’ve been a wingstop fan for years and was very excited when I saw Dothan was getting a location. I ordered a 6 piece wings (got 5), an 8 piece wings (got 6) and a plain chicken sandwich all with fries. When we got home we dug into the fries my girls fries were room temperature, my basket of fries were actually cold. Not exaggerating they had a chill to them when I ate a couple. Then when I saw they didn’t give us all our wings I called the store. Long story short she said they would remake our wings and fries be ready in 15ish minutes.

We get there I start backing into a spot and I get hit by someone. I send one of my girls in the store to get the food when ready, I spend about 15 minutes outside handling that. We go in the store wait about 30 minutes until I get fed up and ask for an update when I’m told they haven’t started making it so I’m immediately frustrated. I spoke to the manager he just seemed overwhelmed. I witnessed him handling an issue with another group of people who doordashed food and got raw wings tossed in sauce so they were reasonably upset. The manager had the team remake my entire order and after just about an hour we got our food and could finally go home.

The food was fresh so that was much appreciated but if it would have been fresh the first time I could have saved an hour of my life and not gotten into an accident. Wingstop...

Did online order, went to pick up for my girlfriend, ordered at 1:40 PM, said it would be ready at 217 PM, I got there at 2:20, was about 2:35 before anyone even asked about my order. 10 people came in and placed an order and got their food and left, 2 young ladies said they'd been waiting over an hour, as Ms Heather told someone in the back, don't get pissed at me, I'm one of the few that show up for work, they won't fire me. So I wait and I wait some more. An online order placed at 140 PM, to be ready at 217 PM, in fact she got a notification that said order was ready at 216 PM, I got there at 220 PM, walked out with our food at 310 PM. 2nd time ordering, if it's up to me, it'll be the last. It was total chaos and completely out of control in there. Saw them dump a huge stack of food baskets on the floor, just scooped them all back up and went to using them. This place has issues and to many other places to choose from. From both orders, you got us for about $70, hope that $70 goes a long way. I would never recommend that place to anyone.
