Hands down best Starbucks I’ve been to aside of the one inside of saint jude hospital, they just have options that most other locations do not, but this location is clean, easily accessible, unlike other locations in the Columbus area. You can smell the coffee a mile away. Treats and hors d’oeuvres are always on point, never stale, heck they can barely keep them stocked. They even have a huge area of coffee accessories for the home and on the go needs, like cups...

I was so embarassed today when i had a problem with my cc and I could only pay for half my order so i said omg im so sorry nvm on my coffee. I dont know her name but she said oh its ok no worries I got it. And paid herself. She went above and beyond and turned a super embarassing moment for me into a super sweet and kind one. I visit Starbucks whenever I'm going to have a meal at the hospital cafe to get my coffee or a medicine ball. At the height of Covid, the hospital restricted visitors to all areas, except doctor's offices, that's why only hospital personnel were allowed. It is not the case anymore. Everyone is welcome.
