Subway — Restaurant in Dothan

There a young man that works here when he went to prepare my sandwich he didn’t wash his hands I had to tell him to wash his hands please also he is very slow took him 10mins just to Finish my sandwich. And he kept whipping his face with his gloves I had to make him change his gloves. I will never come back here he gave me attitude when I told him to change his gloves. I’m sorry but no one wants someone whipping there sweat and then touching there sand which.Also he was on his phone the entire time talking to someone. I thought he was talking to me and he like sorry I’m on the phone as well. I don’t think the owner or subway would like to hear about this but I think they might want to reconsider before you guys loose...

This Subway is close to home, so we eat here more than any other subway in Dothan! This night was way different than any other. The guy working kept saying that he could only do 1 sandwich at a time. Which from past experience is not true! He was the ONLY one working on a Friday night! He stated that they have only 2 employees and they are super short staffed! I am a manager of a store and have done the short staff and have pulled doubles! If they are so short staffed, the manager should give up their Friday evening and work a little late! This is ridiculous! Being a manager, there are certain sacrifices that should be made and making the employees rush a Friday evening near a football field by himself.......

Favorite travel food stop for a healthy choice to eat on the road. We use physical coupons or digital coupons. The drawback is ordering ahead with digital coupons and the sandwiches are not correct. We have some picky eaters. It's better to use physical coupons and pick out the sandwich choices on site. Only four stars because of high prices (we only order with coupons) and online orders are 50/50. For example, the last order was correct, BUT the sauces on the sandwich were so heavy and "soupy". It's hard to eat sandwiches on the road when they are made like that. It was excessive. All sandwich makers are not...
