I come from an area where there are many tropical smoothies and it’s normally a solid place to get a quick bite without feeling yuck from fried foods… with that said, this specific location IS NOT IT!

I ordered the Baja wrap and an island smoothie… the wrap was unusually salty, not just a little, but like someone messed up and poured a box of salt in it. To be honest, I felt like I was being pranked! Took 2 bites and it was unbearable.

The island smoothie was equally subpar. Smoothie was SOOOOUR! Tried to fix it with syrups from home but to no avail.

I’m aware this is more than likely a franchise so I won’t let this experience deter me from other tropical smoothies. But this particular one takes the crown for absolute worst of probably 15 plus other locations I’ve been to. Franchise owner should really look in to quality control and retrain current employees and/ or replace.

First off. This location has been removing bad reviews from the website and making their employees fill out fake 5 stars reviews. Just look at Jackie’s review about a tattooed butterfly man. SHES THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. That is a clear conflict of interest. The manager doesn’t hire anybody but highschool girls who are incompetent and highly rude. Food is meh, Starbucks breakfast quality when it’s been claimed as being fresh. I just hate deceitful companies that lie about their reviews, JUST TO LOOK BETTER.
