Buckle — Local services in Highland Village

First time ever to visit a Buckle store. My best friend received a mail order gift from one of her friends in California. Her friend purchased a pair of shoes for her and unfortunately they did not fit. My friend has a full time job working at Lowes and could not find the time to make the return during business hours so I volunteered to return them for her. Let me tell you what: The two young ladies that greeted me when I came in the store were, hands down, class A customer service oriented sales people. They were there to make an excellent impression. It was as easy as 1- 2- 3. I provided my (or rather, my friend's) receipt along with the shoe box and in turn received a gift card for my best friend to return to the Buckle at her leisure and enjoy her shopping experience. Walked in and my husband was shopping for jeans, Anna, and Morgan were Amazing. Best customer experience ever, Morgan recommend these jeans for me and I told her “oh I don’t fit your jeans”, Morgan replies “Oh we carry these very comfortable jeans and you are more than welcome to try them on”.
