First time ever to visit a Buckle store. My best friend received a mail order gift from one of her friends in California. Her friend purchased a pair of shoes for her and unfortunately they did not fit. My friend has a full time job working at Lowes and could not find the time to make the return during business hours so I volunteered to return them for her. Let me tell you what: The two young ladies that greeted me when I came in the store were, hands down, class A customer service oriented sales people. They were there to make an excellent impression. It was as easy as 1- 2- 3. I provided my (or rather, my friend's) receipt along with the shoe box and in turn received a gift card for my best friend to return to the Buckle at her leisure and enjoy her shopping experience.
