Banana Republic — Local services in Highland Village

Every time I come to this Banana Republic in the Highland Village Center, it's a hit or miss. The customer service is not all that great. My last visit to them was on 12/27/17 around 5:30 in the evening, I needed to return a pair of jeans for a Christmas gift, I walked in and the female working the front did not greet me, instead what she did was look at me up and down and walked the other way. When I got to the counter to return, another female asked me if I wanted to exchange which I kindly respond no to, after that her demeanor changed just because i didn't want to spend my money that day. I told her thanks as she gave me my receipt and she didn't respond back giving me an ugly look instead. I've sum it up that the staff at this BR location is unfriendly and rude and snotty....

Wow, I never had the experience of returning something I purchased because I didn’t love its look. I bought it at another BR store but ended up returning it here. The person was extremely rude - “he said it’s not fair to them that they have to process return” I am sorry who says that to a customer? Anyway, I will never return to the location. Sorry, BR, you need to train your employees in customer service if you are struggling financially. It has left a bad taste...

Anytime I need an outfit for almost any occasion - I go to Bananna Republic and specifically the Highland Village store. I love this store because their personal shopper- MaryAnn is fabulous. She is amazing at putting together outfits that look good on me. She has great taste and is so un-intimidating to work with. In addition- she is honest about what does and does not work for me- in the kindest of ways! Thanks again MaryAnn for helping with my last purchase...
